An inaudible screaming. Soon, words could be made out. "Damn it, Feet, I don't want to go!" Various versions of "I don't want to go" could be heard (a few of them including words parents do not typically teach to their children) until the door opened. A young man wearing glasses came in, walking backwards and saying, "Oh hush. I hate parties too, Sheila, but it's either this or face the wrath of Owlbear Rose. And I write a pretty mean Owlbear Rose."

The woman was next to enter. The human was holding her wrist with both hands, and it was clear that the Hylian was resisting. "Write her to do something else!"

"I tried that. It didn't end well."

"That doesn't make any sense!"

"My name is Feet. What do you expect?" The brown-haired man pivoted, swinging his friend further into the house. Feet let go when he had spun 180 degrees; she let out a short scream of surprise and fell unto her butt. He used the rest of his momentum to turn around. Slamming the door close and slapping his other hand against it, he muttered under his breath. At that moment, Sheila had gotten up and pushed him aside; his lost of balance forced him onto his rear as well.

Try as the young Hylian might, the door would not budge. "Let me out!" she demanded.

"Rose said everyone else was off doing something tonight, so it would be just her and Sheena in the house. She made it very clear she wanted alone time with her, so we're stuck here until the party's over."

"You lie."

Feet shrugged. "Fine. We won't stay until the party's over."

"Great. So let's go."

"Just a couple of hours. Otherwise Rose will know we lied about coming."

"How would she know?!"

"Think about who you're talking to again." He then ignored all protests from Sheila with, "Getting kind of warm in here, isn't it?" He snapped his fingers, and his brown jacket disappeared to reveal his dark grey t-shirt ("Sarcasm" was sprawled across his chest in yellow, and below that in white was "Just one of my many talents"). From one of the four pockets in his light tan trousers, he took out a small, blue device never before seen in Hyrule. He opened it and pressed it a few times. He then closed it and slipped it back into the same pocket. To finish his ensemble, odd white shoes stuck out from under his trousers. Light blue strings laced the footwear.

The brown-haired Hylian, however, had a button-up shirt, light blue in color. Her trousers, which fitted her firm more so than Feet's did (as did the shirt), were a darker tan and had the usual amount of pockets. They covered knee-high boots, Sheikah in design, and grey; the sturdy, one-inch heals made it seem as if she was as tall as the creator. Her cloak, purple in color, had disappeared along with his jacket.

Feet scanned the room (his eyes briefly stopped on Shada) and scowled. "No corners to hide in."

Sheila scowled as well, but she wrapped one of her arms around his, as if to make sure he went through the same torture he did. "Damn straight, you better not enjoy this as well."

Feet once again ignored her, having spotted an odd sight. "If I'm not mistaken, that's Burlo." He began to move away, but then he noticed the Hylian mercanery underneath. He then rushed forward (Sheila let out another shocked scream), imitating a lifting motion with his (free) right arm in an attempt to lift the drunken cleric off of Saber.

Heh, the human thought. A drunken cleric. I still find that funny.

The party was going just great, in Kasei's opinion. Various people were starting to mingle, and they were all getting along. The fake Kasei had pulled a rose from it's pocket, and was worming it's way to the stage, intent on getting a dance with Din, though we all know how that will end....

As Kasei was about to begin speaking with Darunia, Zapheta had shouted. "Beer? 'tis at the bar, with the other man-drinks, my dear!" The Rebel Flame shouted back, before turning around to ind himself locked up in a Goron-hug. "AHGKL!"

Denkou was moving through the crowds now, and was quietly and quickly snatching peoples money. He had already snatched quite a hefty sum of rupese from a guard, and had seen something worth stealing; Links wallet. Grinning, the master thief slinked over near where the hero danced, and quickly darted past, intent on grabbing the hero's money.

Kasei had now finally released himself from the Goron boss, and was moving away, towards Sovelis, making his way past Sakiko and others. "Heya," he said when he finally got there, "Who's this look-alike? He's rather ugly..." He finished, poking Sovelis. Aria rounded on him. "This is Sozy's bytt-ugly brother." She said, pointing at said butt-ugly brother.

Commotion.

Kasei wheeled around, to find that Shada had just downed a man. "Ah, ah that's not good, he says, one of the few people unconvinced. "He should go see a nurse. There's plenty around." He says.

Screams of discomfort reached Kasei's ears, as a new pair entered he party, two people he had never seen before. "Oho, and who are you?" The Rebel Flame asked, moving over towards the girl. "I'm Kasei, nice to meet you!" He finished.

OOC: and the fun begins next post...

Sakiko blushed slightly, and knelt beside Burlo. She muttered, "sorry," her blush deepening to the shade of her dress. She noticed other attempts at saving Saber, but she decided to go for her own method anyway.

"Well, why don't we try waking him up? Sorry, Saber, but I don't know any spells of transformation..."

As easily and simply done as folding a piece of cloth, Sakiko lit a small flame on her finger. Slowly, she touched Burlo's hand, hoping the sizzling of his flesh may take him out of his heavy slumber. The mage, her burning finger still on his hand, turned to Shada. She had noticed the Sheikah earlier, and how many had gaped at her beauty. The mage wasn't really a judge of beauty herself, and didn't mind how anyone looked. Sakiko replied simply to Shada's compliment,

"Thank you. You look nice too. I have no idea where I got this, Arrika got it for me."

She shivered at the thought, wondering where exactly Arrika had gotten it. Dresses like these weren't very cheap...and Arrika had an affinity to theft...

"No, it's fine, Sakiko, it's more for your sake than mine." He said hurriedly to her apology. "You do look great though." He added, then waited for her assistance. He heard a bunch of noise all around him, but he couldn't see much of anything, as his movement and view was blocked severely by the large man on top of him. He rested his chin on his left hand and drew circles with his right index finger, waiting to see if it would have an effect.

Burlo's hand began to sizzle, the back of it turning red as Sakiko went to work. At first it seemed to have no effect, but then the cleric sniffed. "Mmmm..." He grunted in between snores, then jerked his hand away from the fire and up to his face. He sniffed again, before place it delicately in his mouth, and bit. "Gah!" He shouted as he leapt up, soaring twenty feet with the assistance of his Jump spell. As he hung in midair, he saw the mage who had burned him, and turned on her. "Wha's dat fer, miz?" He said angrily. Then gravity got the better of him, and he descended with a plop!--Right back onto Saber, who had started to push himself up. "Oh, s'ry mate." He said sheepishly as he stepped off Saber gingerly. He stared at the strange-looking man who had raised his hand in the air. "Pardon me, mate, but what are you's doin'?" He pondered, not understanding why this Feet character would act so strange.

Saber lay on the ground, eyes watering, as he lay whimpering on the ground. Not only had he been crushed by the rotund drunk for ten minutes, then he was pounded by the said figure from twenty feet. "Thank you, Sakiko." He said in a strained whisper. "You do look nice, by the way. Who is it you're talking to?" He didn't have the energy to crane his neck at the moment.

Unfortunately for Kasei, Sheila had not paid any attention to him. "Why the hell did you do that for?!" she yelled. "You could've given me some warning!"

Ignoring her (with some difficulty, seeing as how she was pratically in his ear), Feet replied to Burlo's question with a false cheeful tone, "Just trying to get your fat self off of someone. Now if you'll pardon me...." The human turned towards Saber; the Hylian female stumbled along with the movement, still refusing to let him go lest he make a run for it and leave her here all by herself. The young man, on the other hand, offered his right hand down to Saber. "Need some help up?" he asked. Inwardly, he considered covering his hand with a healing spell, but he never did pratice said spells much, so it was entirely possible that he would mess up. An amusing thought, actually, but Feet was sure his Washington-based friend would not enjoy it.

Sakiko jumped up, surprised at Burlo’s sudden reaction. She lifted her hand, trying to wipe away the saliva which coated her finger. She shook it, grimacing from the bite that Burlo had so graciously given. Clearing her throat, Sakiko answered to Burlo's angry remark,

"Sorry, but it's better than turning into a cucco, I think...Saber here had been crushed under your weight for the last...ten or twenty minutes, I should guess."

The mage smiled, finding it rather comical that Saber should have a companion such as Burlo. It wasn’t all that different from she and Zapheta, but… She looked up at the man, who was holding out a hand for Saber. She suggested,

“I don’t think he should sit up…”

She grimaced at the thought of sitting up when your ribs were pounded into small fragments. Considering the weight of Burlo, and the height from which he fell, it was very likely that there were broken bones. The mage rested her hand on Saber’s chest, putting her healing spells to use. She asked Saber,

“How do you feel?”

The mage, considering that she was being rude for not answering his compliments with due gratitude, smiled slightly. She replied,

“Thank you, Saber, you look…”

Her smile widened.

“…wet. But I’m sure you looked nice when you first entered the party.”

"Arrika? Who's that?" Shada asks as the cleric leaps upward from the burning hand. "I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of meetin - oh, look ou - out . . ." The Sheikah cringes as that drunkard flies back down and crashes onto the other man again, wishing she'd seen that coming beforehand; she'd have dragged the second guy out of the way. Hm, maybe pulling back on her reflexes wasn't so good an idea after all . . . she'll think about that some more as time goes on.

As Feet manages to pull Burlo up and off of the ranger, she kneels down again (OOC: still unable to make up her mind :P ) while Sakiko performs her healing spell. Once that's done, she extends a soft hand to right in front of his face, obviously hoping that he'll grab it so she can help him up. "I'm Shada!" she says with the same bewitching giggle and smile from before. "Saber, is it? And Sakiko? It's very nice to meet you two!"

OOC Edit: Oh, BTW, for anyone wanting to know what Shada's new braids are like, here's a pic.

OOC: Gah, damn you Alpha, now I have to edit :P

IC:"I doubt it. It's not like I had any dressy clothes to come in." Saber muttered as he felt his bones healing. He felt better--Still bruised and sore, but his ribs were in working order. He took in a few deep breaths and felt his head clear up a bit. Turning onto his back, he saw the young man's hand and took it, standing up. He brushe himself off before looking to greet the man--and saw his companion. His eyes widened and his muscles tensed. "Meep!" He whimpered in shock. It was the girl he had seen a few times before, but never met--and what a time to meet her! He looked down at himself embarrasingly--He was wearing the same dirty red sleeveless tunic as usual, and his blue shorts had several frays and holes in them. His open-toed shoes were scuffed and muddy, and there was hair melting inside his hair. Then you take into account the fact that his cloths were wet with Burlo runoff, and he was quite a sight. He jerked himself away from the woman's sight for a moment to look at Sakiko. "I'm sorry Burlo bit you." He said stupidly. He barely acknowledged Shada, and simply took her outstretched hand as a handshake, and grabbed it limply.

From up in the heavens, a giant voice boomed out, although it was only audible to Feet. "That's right, my East Coast buddy, I would not appreciate having my mercenary blown apart by your failed spells."

Azador bashed the door open.
"Don't tell me I'm late!!!"
He shivered as he was hair and clothing were covered in snow.
"It's freezing out there!!!"
He chanted a few words and the ice melted in a second leaving his mantle soaked.
He took of his cape, for the very first time!
A black leather armor which was usually hidden under the purple of his cape appeared.
Although it wasn't the fashion of the moment, Azador could care less.

"I need Drinks" The mage muttered still shivering from the cold,
while he approached the others.

OOC: Sorry I'm late...I was ill...I'm happy to have recovered just before christmas!

"You don't think I overdressed, do you?" Arrika asked Sovelis, pulling by the arm and away from the rest of his new fan club. She waved her arm down at the new clothes Kobas had insisted she wear. The Sheikah had a black silk tunic that was slit up the sides and fell long past her knees. Silver embroidery covered the black background in the shape of leaves and a red obi with similar patterns was wrapped around her waist. Her hair was up in its usual spiky bun and was held by a black clamp in the shape of a butterfly. Strands with delicate white blossoms hung from a pair of hairsticks entwined into her hair. Sleek leather boots took the place of her regular durable ones, the heels making her an inch or two taller.

"That's Arrika." Seth said and pointed as he sidled up next to Shada, picking his way through the crowd wish ease. "She stole that dress just for Sakiko from one of those fancier stores in Rauru town." The younger thief explained with an impressed tone. "I think Sakiko looks really... erm...nice, too," he added, blushing a little. A familiar jangling sound caused him to snap out of his little daydream, and he groaned as Navi fluttered in front of his face. "Go away, you crazy little fairy," he complained.

"Look, listen! Link's ignoring me!" The fairy whined. "All he wants to do is dance with the Princess. He doesn't talk to me like he used to."

"Oh, I wonder why," Seth responded sarcastically. "Look at Kobas," he said to no one in particular. "Trying to dance with Zelda. All of a sudden he's a proper gentleman instead of some drunk rogue."

The green-haired thief tugged on the tight collar of the dress shirt Kobas had made him wear. He managed to loosen the tie but sighed and gave up, leaning against one of the walls lazily.

OOC: Crap. I don't have a picture to best Alpha's picture for Shada's hairstyle. I have failed! D:

Oh, and Arrika? She's nearby? Or is Sakiko also Arrika?

IC:
Sheila, still enraged with Feet's actions, was growling in his ear. He, as usual, ignored her. Might as well have some social interaction, he sourly thought. Better with Saber's Saber and Alpha's Shada, I guess.

In a tone that belied his somewhat grumpy mood, he said to the Hylian merc, "Meep? What kind of an introduction is that?" Of course, not that he needed an intro, what with being a writer and all, but still, best to not let them know. He didn't care much for blowing away the minds of his own characters, but everyone else would have to be off limits (well, for certain things). "Well, you can just call me Feet," he continued, offering his free hand. "And this immature woman clinging on to my arm with the fiercest death grip I have ever had the misfortune to suffer through is Sheila Rantil. She might want to either let go or loosen her grip if she doesn't want to get shocking grasped."

The young Hylian stopped growling her suggestions of how to better treat a woman. Her face paled and a look of apallment came over it. "You wouldn't dare."

"Are you sure about that?" An unstable grin grew from Feet's mouth. Sheila loosened her grip, still refusing to let him wander away from her. "Much better." The grin of the madman left and a smaller, forced smile appeared. "Now then, who else do we have here?" The lovely Shada, of course, he already knew, but this other girl he had yet to meet on his RPing adventures on HA2...if one could call them that, seeing as how he was hardly ever on anymore these days. Was she in Big Ess little tee Big Ess? Highly likely, so he made a note to use that as the official introduction outside of the shamble he was ashamed to call a story line.

Micheal jumped to his feet and got out of the way to make sure that he didn't get stepped on by the new arriving people. He found himself very close to Kayla. His face turned red, but he took in a big breath.

Ok, Micheal, you can do this one little thing. She said you were funny, so why would asking her to a dance be a problem? Micheal looked at Kayla. He took in another big breath and said quickly, "Wouldyouliketodancewithme?"

Ooc: Arrika and Sakiko are two different people. :)

IC: Examining her pale finger – the tip of which was now pink – the mage replied,

“It’s ok. It’s not your fault.”

Sakiko overheard Seth's little comment, and glared at Arrika. She muttered, "You could've let me pay for it..." It was partly her fault anyway – she should’ve asked where the dress had been acquired before wearing it. She made a mental note to go in the store later and pay, making sure to give a proper apology speech. It was even more likely that Arrika had gotten her dress at the same place, too… so that made double to apology, and double the price. She sighed, and shoved all the calculations out of her head. The mage glanced at Feet, whom she had never met before, and wasn’t sure if she wanted to. He seemed too impudent. However, Sakiko managed to say simply,

“I’m Sakiko.”

Remembering Shada - who could forget her, anyway? - the mage replied to the friendly greeting,

"It's nice to meet you too, Shada."

She glanced away, trying to look for Zeze. The bard was having a blast, trying to talk to everyone at one time. As Sakiko was about to take her eyes away, Zeze spotted the mage looking at her. The bard smiled, and waved enthusiastically.
The mage turned away, embarrassed that she would know anyone in a very tiny dress.

Knock, knock, knock

It came, unneeded as most people had arrived without knocking on the door, and there was no one to open it, seeing as most others had decided to make their ways elsewhere. This was a party, after all, and they had better things to do.

Within the next five and one-third seconds that had transpired after the unheard knock, the door was thrust open, by a short fellow, himself being only five feet in height, dressed in a white and black suit, almost tuxedo-like in its design, but with open pant's legs, and open sleeves, not to mention the black cape the man wore, the bottom edges torn and ragged. His hair reached to the bottom of his shoulder blades, white as snow, with small lines of pure black running down it, while his eyes and left hand were truly eye-catching. The eyes were a pure red, no pupils or retina within, as if they had been made from a dark ruby, while his hand was a light bronze, metal, compared to his pale skin.

"We're here, my friends!" he bellowed in his voice, like that of evil, ready at any time to strike if he found himself angered.

"Smiley, I've told you, we should not be here." came a second voice, bending down as so he could make his way through the doorway, designed for people of normal heights to go through. Once he could stand at his real height, he was ten feet, maybe more, in height, with messy black hair, eyes a light blue, as if made out of a light sapphire, to contend with his companion's ruby eyes. His skin was the same pale, wearing clothes colored red and black, which were ragged at the edges, and metal shoes, the fronts almost blade-like, the strangest accesory of his being the bulky kneepads he wore. Both his hands were mechanical, three large, white, bone-like fingers in place of the five normal ones others had.

"Ah-ah, Being. The invitation, which I have here," the shorter, Smiley, said, and with a wave of his hand, the said invitation was there, "Says everyone is invited, and we are included in that, aren't we, Emege?" he finished, the question in point to the final member of their group, which seemed only a humanoid form in a green cloak, the hood large enough to hide his head, sleeves and rest enough to hide the rest of him. The figure nodded its head, as it took its place standing beside Being.

"See, Being? We are allowed here. And, besides, those Goddesses won't be here! We're safe from those vile women!" Smiley said, triumphantly, as he strode farther into the room, leaving Emege and Being to stand alone, near the door, before they closed it, and stood next to the wall.

Seth's head snapped up as the three entered, realizing who they were at once. He sucked in his breath with displeasure and scowled, his eyes flattening like an annoyed cat's. "The fourth better not decide to show up..." he mumbled as he pressed against the wall he was leaning against, hoping they wouldn't notice him.

Kobas was getting annoyed when Link would not respond right away. "C'mon, Hero. You can have her the rest of the night. All I wanna do is dance with the beautiful Princess once."
