Victor!! Dogura shouted! Dogura caught Victor in mid fall. Damn. I told him not to panic. I guess he didnt technicly, but still. He acts as if he has never seen a Re-Dead! Heck i got one staying at my summer home! Dogura carries Victor over to Alex. Here! hold victor for me! Dogura draws his blade, and slices the repulsive creature in 5 halves. Dogura cleans his sword, and puts it away in his sheath. Well thats that. Now to find a way out of godforsaken pit. Then, out of the mist comes one more Re-Dead. And another! and another!! Keese begin flying from wall to wall, as moans fill the room... such sorrowful moans...as four coffins slide open, Out of each one emerges a gibdo! Out of the mist floats an Anubis as well. Great... Just great. Dogura mutters. Well boys prepare for action! looks like we got our work cut out for us! Dogura draws his recently cleaned sword, and gets in his ready position. Dont take youe eye off Victor Alex! CHARGE!![/i]

The Lover clap with glee at the shattering of the wall. They rearrange some of the broken pieces with their painting on it into a stack before kicking the pile down. They look up to watch Blank move through the traps. “His footwork needs work; we should give him dance lessons.” In deep sadness they sigh as he vanishes beneath the floor.

Mist offers a wonderful cover (stealth check) and the lovers vanish from view.

OOC: Guess I need to backtrack as well.

As the group walks through the wall Shada had destroyed, the female Sheikah offers a sigh as she murmurs to herself, "Well I did motion for everyone to get out of the way. It's not my fault you people can't pay attention when someone's talking!"

Her mood hasn't lifted by the time the group enters the darkened room. At Darkin's yell, she promptly takes his statement as an insult. Even with the Redead obviously threatening the group, she walks right up to the Rito and smashes his face to the ground with a well-placed slap! "How dare you think that I would grab your leg! That's gross, Rito, and rather insulting as well! I happened to be a hardened warrior, and just as good as you men are! Don't think that a woman can't fight!"

And as more and more of the Redead appear, she decides to prove her point. She takes out her two daggers and, within the space of a second, slashes through all the Redead there are with little or no effort at all.

Alpha looks at Zaris, who merely sighs. "One thing I've learned in my time with her: do not underestimate that girl. She'll take it personally, and will make sure you regret it." Alpha sighs as he nods in understanding. He takes out his Slingshot, casually using it to kill a few of the Keese that have gathered.

Dogura decides to try to take out the anubis. As he moves tword it, it moves tword him, and seems to mimic his every move. This gave Dogura an Idea. Darkin!! Dogura screams. Prepare a fire spell! He turns to see Darkin face down on the ground with a large bump on his head. DARKIN!! NO SLEEPING ON THE JOB!! GET UP NOW!! Darkin gets up akwardly, and says, Ok fine! here goes nothing! His eyes glow yellow, and he chants in a different language. Fire bursts fourth from his palms, as he holds it over his head. Dogura, walks in a certain pattern as the creature floats over the flame, and is instantly dissintigrated.

Blank gets a good laugh watching Shada's anger take form on the unofortunate and unsuspecting Darkin. At least the young Sheikan girl wasn't willing to take any crap. Excellent personality characteristic.

Wiping soot and blood from his face to clear his lineof sight, he draws his sword and advances on the Gibdos.

Mummy scumbags, let's see how you stand up to little heat.

Blank points his sword straight into the air, unleashing a wisping cloud of blackness, unseen in the darkness, and camouflaged by the soot he is covered in from his fall. It seperates into three smaller wisps. each mysterious cloud floats to the Gibdo, and upon impact, a strange hissing noise is heard, and barbs of blue flame shoot into the gruesome, stained wrappings of the Gibdos that are contacted.

Dark magic is a mysterious force to Blank, he has no recollection of attaining such a power, nor does he care.

Darkin thinks to himself. Shada thinks im nothing but a creep. mabey she forgot who warned everyone about the traps! well fine. Ill show her, that i am worth somehing! Darkin's eyes now glow a new color. As his eyes shimmer a blue color, He gets in a fighting stance, as blue fire wisps around his ankles, and fists! He smiles in confidence. Yeah! I had a great master! I wont fail him! He leaps into a flying kick, and nails a gibdo right in the face! Fire swils around the gibdos body upon impact of Darkins kick! As Darkin lands, his feet only touch the ground for a split second, before he leabs up into the air, spreads his wings and blue fire shoots out of the gold tips of his feathers! picking off three more gibdos! Darkin now lands, as the blue shimmer dissapears from his eyes. There! that will show them!

OOC: Well, it seems that it's up to me to get this topic started again. Ahem.

IC: Even after Blank's show of dark magic and Darkin's spectacular display of power, Victor remained unconscious by Alex. Quite useless in the battle, Victor dozed away to nightmares of Re-Deads and Gibdos. He tossed fitfully in his unconsciousness, muttering an occasional whimper.

"FOUL CREATURE OF THE UNDEAD, BEGONE!"

At this, a few of the adventurers turned to the sleeping bard, only to hear him snoring peacefully, obviously not the source of the cry. Soon enough, a sound was heard from above...

The sound of a sword being unsheathed.

In a flash of metal, illuminated by Darkin's flame, a man dropped down from the ceiling and slashed one of the Gibdos across the chest in mid air before landing lightly on his booted feet. A smile decorated his face; not a wide grin like Victor, but a subtle, confident smirk. He wore a green hat with the white feather of a Cucco attached to it, and a tunic of gold above a L1 Jerkin protecting his chest but allowing for maximum mobility. He wore dark slacks which were tucked into his boots, so they would not drag on the floor. His eyes were the most prominent part of his appearance, a deep, dark blue which seemed to consume you if you looked into them. Not surprisingly, he often used his eyes to seduce a woman.

Straightening from his kneeling position on the floor, the man was so sure that he had done away with the Gibdo that he began to walk away from it and towards the rest of the group. He sheathed his sword in an everyday way, as though there weren't other monsters still in the room. The man lifted a hand in an informal salute to the others, and you could see that he was wearing Gerudo training gloves. Speaking in a deep, resonating voice, the man greeted the others.

"Hay-Ho, brethren! How may I be of service..."

Dogura looked at the strange man inquisitively. Who are you, and how long have you been following us? For now, you have my trust for destroying a gibdo, but you have yet to prove your stength! Dogura turned around, and said... This is a little somthing I learned a while ago, But I want to field test it. Dogura stood there, and dissapeared into dust! W-Where did he go?! Darkin stammered. 4 Shuriken came out of the 4 corners of the room striking, and killing 2 Gibdos. Dogura reapeared right in front of another Gibdo. He slashed at it, as it exploded from the impact of the sword. Dogura turns around, and looks at the new comer. Do you think you can handle the rest?

"I, good sir, have been following you and your group of adventurers since you first entered the cave. I saw you all from the forest, making your way into the cavern. I sensed that my help would be needed eventually, and so I followed. I certainly hope you don't mind. And my name happens to be Eximius, but you can call me Ex for short. Sounds less formal, too!"

Then, watching as Dogura showed his skills in teleportation, Eximius first raised an eyebrow at the unusual use of magic, then shook his head in silent approval as the Shurikens destroyed two of the Gibdos and the samurai himself delivered the final blow to a third. At Dogura's request, the smirk on Ex's face reappeared, and he chuckled:

"Three more Gibdos? Child's play! Just you watch..."

Walking with a proud gait to the center of the room, Eximius found a small collection of pebbles. Picking up three, he turned and chucked one at each Gibdo, successfully directing their attention towards him. The mummies then began to move towards Ex, groaning and limping with arms outstreched to where the newcomer was waiting, almost impatiently.

As the Gibdos came closer, Eximius showed his palm to the monsters so that they would halt, and surprisingly enough, they did! Then, Ex calmly reached to his back and pulled out a previously unseen weapon: a finely-crafted wooden hammer, with iron faces to add weight. Holding this tool in two hands, he turned to the rest of the group, ignoring the Gibdos as though they were not about to attack him:

"This, my friends, is my very own hammer. I carved it myself from Deku wood, and added some iron ore for weight. It has served me well, both as a weapon and a distraction..."

Suddenly, Eximius turned on his heels and faced the Gibdos before bringing his hammer down on the hard, stone floor. The product was a series of tremors, emitted from the impact, that managed to knock the Gibdos off balance for a few seconds. This was all the time Ex needed to replace his hammer and unsheath his sword once more. Before the mummies could gain their footing, Eximius twirled around with his sword held out, effectively slashing each Gibdo with this circular attack. During this motion, another physical feature of Eximius was shown: as he turned, a pony tail of dark red hair followed behind him...

Once Eximius finished his last revolution, he sheathed his sword and stepped out of the circle of Gibdos, watching as they fell to the ground in a pile. Turning to the group, he said:

"That was easy enough! Mind if I take some time to get rid of some Keese, too?"

Without bothering to wait for an answer, Ex sheathed his sword and took out a bow instead, similar to Victor's except for the fact that it, too, was hand-crafted. Managing to fit the bow with three arrows at once, Eximius took a second to aim and then fired, the arrows heading straight into the cloud of remaining bats. For the third time, Ex turned away from his own attack, so certain of the outcome that he felt no need to watch. Instead, he set his sights on the rest of the group and walked towards them, speaking:

"I trust that was good enough for you... I'm sorry, I don't believe I've caught your names..."

Ah, Of course. But first. the last 10 keese. I got it Dogura, Said Darkin, as his eyes glowed yellow. Cover your eyes! Darkin Ordered. SOLAR BLAST!! A bright beam of light bursts fourth from Darkin's Body, making it hard to look at him, as if he himself were the bright intensity of one hundred suns. With this, he claped his hands together, as a twisting sting of fire, in the shape of a dragon devoured the remaining keese. The light from him dimmed low enough for everyone to see again. Great work team! Dogura said. He then turned to Eximius. And you. That was a stunning display of skill. You have such confidence in your skill, It makes me envy you in a way. My Name is Dogura. Incase you didnt know, I am leading an expedition to a rumored tear in time. This way, These brave adventurers will see thier future, and what may become of Hyrule. These brave adventurers go by the names of, Darkin, Alex, Alpha, Zarris, Shada, Victor, Blank,and The lovers. Welcome to the groupe Ex. Now we shall continue forward. They advance out the path behind the now dead gibdos, Into a long hallway. As they turn a few corners, destroying a few keese every now and then, they come to hallway with light pouring out of the end. Hoping to exit this long, and dreadful cave, thier hopes are imediately squandered, as they walk into a bright room. The light pours in from the windows high above thier heads. The pillars in this room have goron arcitecture on them. Before we continue any further, take a minute to observe your surroundings! Dogura ordered. The room was beautiful, and there are some weeds growing on the walls. Completely silent, exept for the crackle of fire occasionally heard from the burning torches...

"Glad to be in the group, Dogura!"

Eximius took a moment to nod hello to the others, and then set off behind them down the hallway.

Victor, meanwhile, had finally aroused from his unconsciousness. The tremors from Ex's hammer had first startled him, but it was Darkin's attack that finally awoken him. The bard jumped to his feet, startled by the sounds, to see the foes vanquished and the rest of the group leaving him behind. He began to grumble to himself, and stomped behind the rest down the corridor.

Seeing Eximius, Victor wondered when the newcomer had become part of their group. He pondered this to himself until they reached the new room, where he silently began to survey the walls, looking for an exit. Eximius, meanwhile, walked up to one of the pillars and examined the Goron architecture. He was the first of the two to speak:

"Do you think that Gorons originally carved out this cave? Perhaps they were first to find this tear in time..."

Could be... However we also found Ganon Style architectute earlier. however there is somthing wrong with this room... Somthing is strangely out of place...

OOC: Blank and I have decided to back down from the plan, so I modified the post.

Seeing that Shada's temper isn't going to calm down any time soon, at Zaris' command Alpha quickly reaches up and places her in a firm lock. For several seconds she struggles against her former friend, anger still driving her. But finally she lets out a deep breath and simply nods. Alpha releases her, and she turns to face Zaris. "Master, I'm sorry, I just got carried away..."

She then realizes that both of the male Sheikah are staring past her to the newcomer. In the next few seconds, the Sheikah trio watch as this man defeats a majority of the remaining beasts. "Hand crafted weapons," Master Zaris mutters as their new ally brings out his hammer, and then his bow. "Very well made, from the look of them." Alpha and Shada eye each other. If Master Zaris is praising the weapons, they must be very well made.

Finally the beasts are all destroyed, and the group assembles together. Alpha and Zaris offer Eximius a nod in greeting, while Shada runs up and grabs his hand. "Thanks for the help!" she exclaims, her normal cheery tone restored.

As the group at last enters into the next chamber, Alpha's scar suddenly begins to glow a bit brighter than it had been. Alpha tries to act casual as he brings out his staff again, glad to see that it still glows: the electricity is still flowing through it. 'If we're attacked then at least I won't need to get Master to charge it up again.' He eyes his master, who nods in comprehension. The two Sheikah leave Shada in peace, allowing her to examine the beautiful Goron architecture along side Ex.

Alpha and Master Zaris walk forward in a calm manner, yet beneath their clothing their muscles tense up as they prepare for whatever the room may hold.

His eyes sting. He's covered in old blood and burnt ashes. This whole thing stinks. Having been somewhat dazed during Eximus's grand entrance, he makes his way over to the pillars to examine the Goron art with the newcomer.

I'm not one for a formal introduction, so let's just say we've already been intoduced. You're Ex, I'm Blank. Glad to have you down here.

Blank thinks he sees some odd markings on the pillars, and decides to examine them. As he goes over them in perfect detail, he finds...

...Not only markings, but a small picture! the picture resembles the lense of truth!Darkin flies over to see just what is being found on the pillar. As Darkin looks closely upon the pillar, he remembers reading somthing about the lense of truth. Darkin turns around. hey dogura! Seeing isn't believing! there is most likely an invisible doo-OOF! Darkin was belted across the room by an unseen force! DARKIN!! Dogura yelled, as he too was sent flying! Be on your gaurd! Dogura said recovering from the blow..
