"Okay, I guess... did you know the Hero's here?" Arrika replied with a glint of fangirlish obssession in her eyes. "Ach, I need to talk to Zeze, but she looks kinda busy right now..." With no other female friend to turn to with only the kind of problem a teenage girl could have, she decided Sakiko would do. "Sovelis is ignoring me. What did I do? Did I dress weird, or something? I thought Zeze said she was sure he would say something...?"
-----------
"Would- you- likesomewine?" Seth mumbled through gritted teeth. "Oh wait, sorry Sakiko, I forgot you don't drink..."
"Go ask those gentlemen over there, sweetie," Telma said, nudging Seth in the direction of Emege, Being, Smiley, and Sovelis.
"What? No, I don't think so-" Before Seth could protest any more he was shoved instead of being politely pushed, and stumbled into the center of the conversation. He tried to scramble away, the glasses on the platter shaking violently, one almost tipping over completely. "Youwantanything?" The thief said quickly, staring at the ground as he held out the plate of alcohol to them, Telma's glare from across the room rooting him in place.

Sovelis took the platter from Seth and pat his student on the head gently. "Go ahead and run along somewhere Seth...You should be having some fun. Go bother Lydia or Aria some. Especially Aria...she's around your age anyways...I think." he said as he motioned with his hand, and the platter vanished into thin air. Sovelis looked over his shoulder at Telma and smirked an evil smile no one would expect from the Tempest. "Now...Since I haven't had any chance to talk with any of you... I'd like to know what you three want for Christmas!"

Shada leans over onto Seth's shoulder as the man points out Arrika, one of her braids falling switching over to his shoulder in the process. "Oh, okay, so that's Arrika!" She grins at Seth, almost oblivious to the fact that she's only an inch or two away from Seth's face. "And she's a Thief, eh? Well, she's certainly got some style - not to mention an excellent fashion sense!" The idea of thievery isn't something she's about to condemn; after her hometown's destruction, she'd survived off stealing for nearly ten years, so for someone to be a Thief is actually more of a reason for her to be impressed at them rather than condemning.
She leans away from Seth, fully intending to go over and have a talk with Arrika about Sakiko - maybe she'll know a way to get the girl to liven up a bit. Unfortunately, her plans get a little sidetracked as Saber runs into her . . . assets, as they were dubbed by that illustrious voice that only Feet is capable of hearing. Her first reaction is to hall back and smash his face in with her palm, probably fracturing his skull in the process, but Saber has the good fortune of not being the first man who has touched her without forewarning tonight. Consciously suppressing her reflexive action, she runs back through the last few seconds of her memory and makes note of the fact that he seemed awfully nervous about that new lady; it had all been an accident when he'd turned away looking for a distraction.
Well, he'd certainly found one, and by the way his eyes fail to leave her skin for a long second afterwards it's obvious that he'd liked what he'd found. Not that that is surprising either; she'd bought this dress to make an impression, after all - too bad it never worked on the single person she was trying to impress. Didn't ever matter what she wore, Keyru always glanced at her once before asking the same question every time. Heck, she could probably be wearing nothing and he'd still just look at her, roll his eyes in annoyance, and ask "What do you want?" in the same monotonous tone he always uses.
And truth be told, since she'd come in such aesthetically appealing attire (OOC: assonance beats alliteration every day of the week), she'd actually been kind of expecting to catch men staring at that region of her body. It was actually a bit of a relief that the first one to be caught wasn't some drunk idiot looking to have her company for the night. So in the end of the second's lapse since Saber uttered his apology, Shada just places her soft hand on his shoulder and, with another alluring smile, cheerfully replies. "It's okay, no harm done!"
By the time that was done, Sakiko was returning from the drink table with some punch - punch?! Sure, Shada had asked for punch when she'd arrived, but that was due to the fact that she'd wanted to be at the party for several minutes before indulging in a glass of beer. Those several minutes had passed, and so, spotting Seth returning to the area with a few glasses, she grabs two and strides over to where Sakiko stands. "What's with the punch, Sakiko? A girl looking as beautiful as you shouldn't drink something so plain! Here." Shada holds out the second glass to the mage, then leans in close. "I don't drink either, but one little glass isn't going to hurt you."
With a wink, she takes a small sip of her own glass. "Mm, not too bad."

OoC: Hehehhee...Alpha asked for it...
Mathais had left his little spot next to the wall, and had wound-up next to Shada after watching her have a little run-in with one of the Hylians at the party, then offering a drink to one of the girls hat his he knew held his brother in high esteem. He had skimmed the top of her mind, and looked at her inward conversation about someone named 'Keyru" that she seemed to like to some extent. So...she's one of those kind? And her I thought that Elizabeth was the only one I'd have to deal with... the Sempari thought as a plan sprung up in his mind.
"I must say...that dress that you are wearing is flattering on you, Madam." the evil one of the Twins said, making a small bow to the Sheikah woman that he stood in front of. He made sure not to let his eyes stray anywhere, and to keep his own green gaze locked with this woman's red eyes. ''Allow me to introduce Myself. I am Mathais Yenarin Ki'nas Liadon, twin brother and dark counterpart to the one the people of this land know as 'The Tempest'. I have heard a great deal about you from several sources, along with many of the adventurers and heros that dot this land" Mathias said in the same voice that he shared with his twin, wearing a slightly darker smile than the one that Sovelis almost always had on his face. "A strikingly beautiful lady such as yourself is...hard to not notice in a crowd of strangers. As if your brilliance is a beacon, shining out and drawing us simple men to you like moths to a flame. If we fly to close...than we burn our wings.
Link now stood near Kasei's bar area, drinking a stout Goron Ale and mumbling to himself about Zelda. "I'm always risking my life, and I never get any recognition! I mean...I risk my life over and over again...and what do i get? 'Oh thank you link for saving Hyrule yet again! We'll send someone to fin you next time we need you.' Gah!! Am I just a lap-dog or what?!!?" the green-clad hero yelled, not caring who heard his drunken rant as he downed the last of his drink.

OoC: Why does everyone seem to think Seth is a man? He's a short 13-year-old brat... lol....
IC: "But enough with my complaining," Arrika was saying as an older Sheikah woman walked over. "Now, where's Sir Valiant? Or your old Masakazu?" The thief asked, referring to Aureliano and Zeze's twin brother. "Merry Christmas," she said brightly to the stunning woman. "See, Sakiko, I swore I'd get you silly drunk by the end of the night, and this lady right here's gonna help me. By the way, you look... awesome. Like, I don't even know how to put it in words."
-----------
"Are you still stuck on the idea that I need a girlfriend or something stupid like that?" Seth said to Sovelis before marching away in search of Aria, who seemed to be in the middle of terrorizing Worru.
------------
"Well if it ain't Link!" Telma exclaimed, giving Link a warm and hearty hug. "How you doin', boy? I haven't seen you in a while! You look a little down- you want any?" The bartender poured a mug of beer filled to the brim as she took her spot at the bar area, thrusting it into his hands. "Don't worry- your Princess'll come around eventually. Now if that don't work out, how about that ranch girl- what was her name? Melon? Or what about that Zora princess? For bein' common born you sure got enough royalty pining after you. But here I am, blabbering on an' on 'bout nothin'. You just relax and drink up. Free for you, like always." She ended with her usual wink.

Being grinned, and let out, for the first time in a long time, a chuckle. " Sovelis, if you are asking me what I would want for Christmas...It would be for the boy to get his own wish fufilled." he said in his calm voice, as he looked over at Worru, the boy still in the position of being bothered by Aria, as had been noted by several other party-goers. " He wants a hero's welcome, Sovelis. He wants others to see him as more than a child. He wants to show that he can be brave, isn't that right, Emege?" he added, the question asked to his cloaked companion, who nodded.
" If you have noticed, Sovelis, the boy has an inverted, and upside-down version of the Triforce mark on his right hand. That is the Triforce of Empty Courage, the mark of Emege here. It makes up half of the Triforce of Courage, the other half being the Triforce of Steadfast Courage, held by the Goddess Faore." he explained, such knowledge being his forte, as he was the King of Painful Wisdom.
However, once Being had finished, Emege decided to bring out, out of nowhere, apparently, a piece of paper, on it, a rectangular device. Under it, in the language of English, was the four letters 'SNES'.

Cathy smirked at seeing that Micheal had asked Kayla to a dance, and that she had said yes. Seeing them dance made her feel a bit lonely, because here she sat, on the couch like a slug. But, what else should a zora like her do?
Cathy skimmed over all of the people at the party. I have no clue who they are, don't know them very well, is that Worru instead of Ryk? Oh well, I don't feel like going over to see. Don't know, don't know, hey! Is that Sovelis? Cathy got off of the couch and walked over to Sovelis and his twin.
"Hey, blondie! Can't believe I just noticed you here!" Cathy said. "If Micheal had been here earlier and asked Kayla to dance then I would have noticed you."

Sakiko had immediately taken a step back as Arrika asked this foreign question to her. She had stuttered uncertainly,
“I..I…don’t know…you look great, though…I mean, I wouldn’t…”
In all honesty, she hadn’t been observing Arrika closely enough as to scrutinize and realize why Sovelis wasn’t talking to her. Sovelis didn’t seem like a person who would just decide they’d wake up one day and become mad at someone. She really had no idea. Besides, Sakiko had dropped her girly mentality long ago – thus, she had no clue how to think like an average teenage girl.
Her ears burned at the mention of Aureliano and Masakazu. She stammered,
“….I…Maskazu doesn’t like parties, and Aurel….em… Masakazu and I are just friends, Arrika, don't...”
She blushed, and turned her face away. Just when she thought she was safe, she realized that Shada was offering wine to her. The mage stared at the blood red liquid timidly, catching herself before she took a step back again. Drinking was something she stayed away from – not because of the deteriotation in health it might bring, but because she was afraid of losing her consciousness. She glanced down at her glass of punch, and almost slapped herself. What would these people be thinking? This was a little child drink – at a party too. She was glad Shada wasn’t offering her beer – or else she’d have to stick with her lame punch.
The mage took the glass of wine with a small “thanks” and put down her other glass of punch. She realized that this would be the first intake of alchohol in her entire history of her life. Sakiko swished the content in the glass nervously, and took a tiny sip. Then another. Another. Another…
Eventually, the glass was empty. Sakiko commented,
“It’s rather tasty.”
She found herself wanting more, and wondered if she had really become a drunkard now. But then, maybe she was just being paranoid.

Arrika grinned triumphantly. "You want more, am I right? C'mon," she said, taking Sakiko by the arm towards the bar, where the Hero also happened to be.
-------
"You're Aria, right?" Seth said dully to Kasei's granddaughter. He sighed heavily. "You look very nice tonight. I hope you are having a good time. I am bored and I don't like playing waiter. You wanna dance?" He said in a monotonous, mechanical voice.

Saber's expression noticeably softened at Feet's reassurance, and he opened his eyes to see little damage done to the couple--No, not couple...He gave a small smile to Sheila as she giggled. Well, I made her laugh. That's one of the first steps, isn't it? Although I doubt I was supposed to do it by being an idiot...He thought in a mixture of emotions, nervously brushing his hair aside and chuckling dryly. He nearly jumped in surprise as he felt a hand in his shoulder, and barely stopped himself from leaving the ground, holding his body down to a small jolt. He heard the Sheikah leave him, and he began to flush with the realization of what he had just done. He began to feel lightheaded, and gazed sheepishly towards Feet and Sheila. "Heh. Heheh...Heh." He giggled as he began to sway a little on the spot, his head whirling.
"Bug'of, ye panter-hose ninny!" Burlo grumbled angrily to the Hero as he edged him further away from the selection of wine. He gave a small hiccup as he selected another glass--He had gone through a few, and he was feeling more of a buzz than usual. "I *hic* luvs partiesh..." He said with a sigh as he whirled around and saw Sakiko and Arrika approaching. He gave a nearly toothless grin with a glass in each hand, heartily declaring, "'ey lassies, you'sh wanna drink ash well?" He winked at them as best he could, the end result being an awkward blink in his tipsy-er state. " You's is lookin' nishe..." He said with the most gracious air he could muster, bowing low at where his waist should be under his blubber, his tattered tophat falling off his head and a bit of wine spilling out of each glass. "No'sh, de alkerhole!" He gasped as he dropped to his knees, licking the small pools of wine as he tried to balance the glasses in his hand. They, however, kept spilling little drops here and there, and he dutifully licked them up as well.

Feet smiled inwardly at Saber's predicament. A bundle of nerves. Maybe coming to the party was worth it after all.
Sheila certainly didn't think so (of course, she wasn't aware that Saber had a crush on her); she was now eyeing Burlo with disgust. "Good goddesses, that's pathetic," she said, wishing she could take her eyes off of the cleric, unaware that he was a cleric. "Ugh, can we go now, Feet?"
"Not quite yet."
The Hylian scowled at him.

Sakiko followed Arrika, and grabbed another glass of wine. She took continual sips until the content disappeared. She giggled, and smiled foolishly. She commented with a slur,
"Mmm, it's good. I wonder why I didn't have wine before..."
She leaned against Arrika, her silver eyes unfocused. It was clear that she didn't have a high tolerance to alcohol - that was for sure. Only two glasses of wine set her to another state of mentality. Sakiko watched Burlo's sad state, and said,
"Y'know, Burlo, it'd be better if you just pour the whole thing on the ground and lick it up..."
She laughed, and twirled around in circles. At this moment, Zeze had appeared on the scene. The bard raised her eyebrows, quite frightened at this new Sakiko. She whispered to Arrika,
"What did you do..?"
Laido coughed, trying to hide his laughter. His eyes were mosit with tears from laughter as he chuckled,
"I think Sakiko had something to drink..this is going to be hilarious."
Zeze laughed along, and clapped Laido on the shoulder.
"Hey, sweets, why don't you dance with Sakiko? It's a shame to see her twirling around on her own...dang, I swear, Masakazu should've been here."
Laido bowed playfully, and led Sakiko to a dance. The mage giggled, but did not object. Zeze smiled, and said to Arrika,
"How'd ya do it? The Ice Queen is finally melting down, eh?"

"Annnnnnnd....GO!" A goron in the back yelled, as the music changed to a slightly quicker tune. Kasei had taken the hand of one of the younger maidens, and was joining in with the waltz so many other dancers were performing now in time with the new melody. He was, obviously, enjoying the party.
Aria, on the other hand, was not enjoyin it so much. "Worru, you're so imature!" She scolded, grabbing him by the hand, and bringing him out to the dance floor.
"Ah, young love." Gobi said, taking his seat at the bar, and snatching away one of Shiek's drinks. "They are so reckless..." He trailed off, looking over at Link. "Carefull, there, you might just be put down, eh? Hahahahaha!" He said laughed, patting the drunk hero on the back.
In the meantime, Sosei and Denkou were moving through the crowd, both of them selecting some people and pulling them asid. The reason? The music contest has started, and they were giving out instruments to those who needed them, while they themselves prepared for the upcoming contest.
OOC: Yes, the contest will be a seperate topic for fun.....go there and i'll explain the rules....

Worru was about to either yell at Aria, or to get off the dance floor, when the full force of the music hit him, and he simply began to dance, in a style that, in other worlds, could be a mixture of breakdancing, the robot, and possibly others. He seemed to be perfectly fine with such strange movements, as Being simply nodded his head in tune with the music.
Emege was busy showing Sovelis the paper still, while Smiley had found himself also caught up in dancing with others on the dance floor.
