Flopping around on the ground is a Roc with a broken wing. It screeches and squawks, a very irritating sound. Feathers fly off of it as it thrashes around. It is difficult to tell what it is trying to say in its fury. It could be that it just wants to be left alone.

As Julian walks across the grass he hears a deafening screech coming from nearby. He searches near the area and spots a bird flapping and fidgiting on the ground. Julian hovers above the bird. He spots a feather floating down to the floor and remembers the boy at New Peak Top. Julian glad to have found a roc, extends his hand out in an attempt to grab a feather.

Knowing nothing of Rocs other than them being dangerous, Darilan gasps and says, "Wha- What are you doing? That thing will hurt you! You're trying to take one of its feathers?!" The sight of the bird gives him the creeps. The sound is worse. He cannot get the screaming out of his head. He says under his breath, "I hate these things."

" Darilan, is that you? I hate these fowl creatures too, but I'm trying to grab one of these feathers to help someone in New Peak top. I bet he wouldn't mind having two feathers so why don't you help me?' says Julian while still attempting to obtain one of the roc's feathers.

Darilan picks up a single feather and feels foolish standing there with it. What good is this going to do me? He wonders as he distances himself from the frightening bird.

Pende walks across the grass when he behole a roc and two people. He runs over to the others.

Pende: Of all the good luck, a roc!

Pende see that the bird looks quite upset.

Pende: that thing looks dangourous...Do any of of you thing that I could stun it with a deku nt, while you guys get me some feathers, while the bird is incapacitated?

Alpha runs up to the others. Hearing Pende's comment, he replies, "That would work, but it is already very injured. I don't think we should attack it." He considers for a second, then continues. "As a Sheikah, it would not be too hard to simply sneak up on it and grab a few of the feathers lying around it. Save stunning it for a last resort."

The guy is right. Best not make the bird more agitated. Mabe if we calm the bird down, we could grab some feathers.

OOC: Don't nomads know the calm the beast talent?

Victor walks towards the growing crowd, and notices the Roc with the broken wing.

"Perhaps we could heal it, then take a feather in return."

"What's to say that thing won't attack us when we heal it? I can't tame it. Can anyone else? And what is the deal with the feathers? You fellows collecting them?" he asks, still holding his own feather.

" If it tries to attack us I'll just give it a good swing with my staff," Julian says while swinging his staff once in the air and then continuing to plucka feather out of the roc.


OOC: Shadowlink13 you don't have a feather and go look at new peaktop.

"Are you trying to anger it further by plucking its feathers? Pick them up off the ground; look at them all," he points to the feathers on the ground.

He picked it up off the ground. I am aware of the Rito at New Peaktop who wants to fly, but for kicks I am pretending that Darilan doesn't.

Julian looks at the floor under him and picks up one of the feathers. " Your right Darilan, why do we need to pluck a feather from the bird when there are plenty on the floor around us."

OOC: I still don't get it. I have been moving my mouse across the picture and there are no feathers to click on. How did you get one?

Seeing a group of people gathred around a thrashing Roc, not even this Shekah is that cold-hearted.The sheikah, named: Malciore, walked over to the group.
"Put those feathers back on the Roc." The group was shocked by the sheikah's words. "That Roc will die if it doesn't have it's feathers. Have you no heart!?"

There is not item to pick up on this screen. Acknowledge to the Rito kid that you have found a Roc in this area (Hyrule Field) and that will be enough.
