Above the Ruto Highlands was a huge, floating, crystal castle. It flew within the clouds, sometimes allowing a purple sliver of it to peek out. Strangely, no one seemed to notice the fact that there was a huge buildup of clouds in the sky, ones that remained stationary.
Within the gemanoid bastion, there was a figure, one that stood at four feet tall, five feet and seven inches if you counted the horn that pointed upwards on the helmet. He wore a specialized set of armor, with a blue chestplate, shin covers, and lower arm covers, which jutted out some two or three inches from the silver armor that covered the rest of him, giving him sharp, silver fingers, and elfin-like boots. He wore a large helmet, with three immense horns that tilted backwards, each with a silver stripe running down it, two that pointed sideways, and one that pointed upwards. To finish off his suit, he had blue and silver shoulder pads, used to connected a large black cape to the fest of the body. No flesh could be seen, save for his large blue and silver eyes, framed by the helm and the silver mouthplate.
This was, is, and will always be, the first of the Three Knights, Creator.
Creator sat in a magestic throne, formed by the very crystal that the castle was made of. Everything in the castle, save for Creator, was made from the crystal. He was reading about a cryptid known as an 'Atmospheric Beast'. He laughed while reading, as he was sitting in an atmospheric beast, a sentient one at that.
Creator was waiting here for a reason. The kind of reason that involved all aspects, it had at least one who, what, when, where, why, and how. He just had a single problem.
He had no idea what was the what, who was the who, when was the when, where was the where, why was the why, and how was the how.
And, thanks to the infintesimal amount of information he knew, he had to stay in one point, waiting for something to happen. Moving around would cause chaos, considering that most of the people in Hyrule had dragmiraphobia, or 'Fear of Ganondorf', and a floating castle seemed to be a trick that Ganondorf would use, he had to remain incognito.
Believing that no one was even awake at this hour, he waved his hand, bringing up a terminal, and after some keystrokes, the castle brought itself closer to the ground, though he had made one miscalculation.
The castle, being an atmospheric beast, had an immense dislike of land, and, since it had broken out of its cloud cover, was now also breaking what it had been told to do, immediately disntigrated, leaving Creator floating some thousand feet over the ground, with no powers of flight whatsoever.
Creator hurtled to the ground, not even moving to try and stop, or even delay his fall. He just lay, face-up, as his back neared the rocks below.
With a resounding shockwave of energy, Creator found himself in a small crater, formed by his rather unplanned descent. His eyes rapidly flickered, before disappearing completly, like images on a shut down computer. He was still alive, yes, but the descent, coupled with the force of gravity on a small figure wearing several thousand pounds of armor, had left him with little energy.
OOC: Somewhat of a sequal to Know Thyself, this is the only one that is currently up that has actual implications on my storyline if Creator is interacted with.

"You can't catch me! Hahaha!" The rito children laughed and played in the streets of New Peaktop. Perched on a building not far from the town square, a figure watched as the town bustled. Look at that... I remember when I was that young. Not a care in the world. One of the children stopped, and looked straight in Darkin's direction, only to see a solitary roof top. His magnificent golden feathers gleamed in the sun-light, as he took flight. Suddenly, something caught his eye. A giant crater could be seen all the way from New Peaktop, down in the flats. The rito glided down to a cliff side to get a better look. What the hell? I've never seen anything like that before... He thought flying lower, and landing yet again. I wonder of Dogura felt the tremors down in the forest... Not likely, cause I didn't even hear it. Finally, Darkin landed right next to the crater after taking flight one last time. Looking down into the crater, he could see nothing but wreckage...

Creator twitched, his eyes still off. His twitched ranged from small things, like one of his fingers, to his entire form, as his body healed itself. Muscles tieing back together, bones melding, and torn ligaments slowly connecting until his entire body was healed, except for the tremendous exhaustion he felt.Using what little power he had left, he rose, his eyes still black and empty, as if hollow, as he tapped the side of his faceplate, opening only long enough for him to cough up, now useless, blood.
As the faceplate quickly snapped shut, his eyes flickered back, as he surveyed his surroundings. Where the hell am I? he thought, before his eyes caught hold of the Rito, standing near the edge of the crater. Yes, that's it. Hyrule. he remembered, before exhaustion forced him to fall back on the rock. Damn it all. . .Still not fully recharged. . . he thought, his eyes flickering out yet again. On his chestplate, a small, circular screen began to glow, as it read "LOWERING WEIGHT". Creator's body, once crushed by the pressure of gravity, as the suit weighed quite a lot, was now only pushed down as it would on a human.

Darkin watched the man pull himself out of the crater, and the Rito's face twisted up in stupefied horror. "It... It.. A-A-AN ALIEN!" Darkin cried out throwing his arms in the air, and trying desperately to find a suitable hiding place. Finally, his eyes rested on a large boulder, and he dashed over to it, diving behind it in attempts of removing himself from the Alien's sight. Ignoring the pain that throbbed through his limbs from landing on gravel, he peered over the boulder, getting a better look at the extraterrestrial. Is it... Is it alive? Thats about the moment that he noticed the being's glowing chest plate. Its so shiny, and new looking... even after the crash.
Thoughts forced their way into Darkin's mind, such as, "Its going to enslave Hyrule", and the ever popular Darkin-ism "Its going to eat me". As proud of a Rito as Darkin was, he was always a bit bothered by the fact that his race was so closely related to that of the commonly consumed Cucco. He even had a nasty habit of setting cuccos free when nobody was looking. Watching the creature carefully, he crept out from behind the boulder, and examined it more thoroughly. Inching closer, he decided to speak; or attempt to for that matter. "Y-y-y-you d-don't want t-t-t-to harm us d-do you?" He peeped, just above a whisper.

Creator's nonexistant ears perked up at the sound of a voice, more importantly, one that was speaking to him. It must be that Rito from before. . .Must think I'm an alien of sorts. . .Well, it's partially right. . . he thought, before he realized he didn't understand the language. After checking the logs he had of Hyrule, he found the language was known as 'Common'.
With a small recording of what the Rito had said, in the, now understood, language of Common, Creator spoke, not needing to open the face plate, not that he could, what with both his arms still exhausted. "No. . ." was all he could manage, even with the pressure off his vocal cords. He was still very exhausted as well, and was close to just passing out.
As he did, in fact, pass out, a small blue and silver ball popped out of the chest plate screen. After a second or two, it had the same blue and silver eyes, coupled with little silver shoes and three horns on its head. It looked like Kirby, if Kirby was a little robotic copy of a four foot tall Knight. It climbed out of the crater, and ran over to Darkin, saying the same thing over and over again. "POM! POM! POM! POM!" it chattered excitedly, using one of the horns as an arm to point at Creator.

Darkin sighed in relief, knowing that the alien didn't want to cause trouble. Finally relaxing a bit, Darkin was about to ask another question, when something happened that made Darkin shudder. A small ball of matter had been spewed out of the alien's chest, and was beginning to take form. If the Rito could have said something, he damn well would have, but he was so interested in whatever was happening, that his vocals refused to function. The small ball sprouted a few recognizable features, and dashed right towards the mage. "POM! POM! POM! POM!" It cried out, Darkin rearing back in fright, and disgust. "What the hell is thing?" He asked, watching it's movements. It was pointing back at the seemingly injured alien. "What does it want?"

The little thing, let's call him Pom for now, let the side horns droop, as its eyes had a glint of annoyance in them. Walking over to the leg of the Rito, he tugged on his pants leg, trying to move the, much taller, bird man. "POM! POM!" it said again, as if trying to convey that either the "alien" needed to be moved to a place where it could heal, or that a human named Timmy fell down a well, and a crossdressing dog needed help in rescuing it.
From where Creator "slept", he knew what was going on. The little creature, named Pom, for obvious reasons, spoke in a language only known by himself. With that knowledge, he knew that Pom was trying to get the other to help him out, and move him to a safe place. He made a mental note then: Get squeaky toys later.
OOC: This topic is open to anyone, just so you know.

Burlo exited the Bendeath Tavern satisfied, filled to the brim with alcohol and ready to go. He stretched contentedly, enjoying the nice temperature--well, if it wasn't nice, his drunken state nullified the uncomfortable effects--One of the many positive effects of alcohol consumption. For him, anyways. He was about to find a nice spot to beg for the rest of the day when he felt a huge rumble that almost sent his rotund body rolling down the street. He righted himself and looked over at the cloud of dust. "Now den, wut'n de name o' Nayru wuzzat?" He wondered aloud between his few rotting teeth. The human took off as fast as his massive shape would take him, which wasn't very fast, and held on to his patchy tophat to make sure it didn't fall off.
It was quite some time before he reached the scene of the crash, and he arrived panting and drenched in sweat. He looked up from the space between his feet and whistled as well as he could with his dental state, marveling at the magnificent dent in the ground. He also saw a walking bird that seemed to be talking to someone...He waddled up to the giant avionic lifeform and thunked a hefty hand down on it's shoulder, letting out an exuberant, alcohol-laden greeting. "How's't goin', mate, and wuzzis all 'bout?"

Darkin turned, about to respond, when his eyes fell upon the alcoholic mess of a man. Darkin flinched, uttering a small noise, before trying his hardest not to laugh at the sad excuse for a life form. He looked absolutely ridiculous. His confused and clueless demeanor, his funny looking top hat. And to top it all off, booze was added to the picture. Doing his best not to laugh in the man's face, Darkin regained his center, and brought fourth his best answer.
"Well, this little creature tugging on my pant leg is obviously trying to tell me something." He pointed down to Pom, who uttered many noises, all of the same sound. "Its... Kinda cute!" Darkin said, reaching down, and scooping him up in his arms. "Anyways, it came from an alien that crash landed just over there in that crater!" Darkin pointed at the hole in the earth, debris still in the air from the crash.
"I don't know what it is, but it isn't going to hurt us." Walking back over to the crater, Darkin looked down at the being. "What else do you suppose he could want? Does he have a place to stay? We can't just leave him here... surely someone else heard the crash." Darkin looked back at Burlo. "Say... Have I seen you somewhere?"

Pom jumped up and down in Darkin's hands, thankful that the bird man was actually trying to listen to him. With a small jump, Pom landed on his head, sadly sticking him where he had landed, thanks to the horns on his head. With a sigh of defeat, he used his horn-arms to draw a picture in the ground. It was a house, then a little drawing of Darkin, and a little drowing of the alien. "Pom. Pom pom pom, pom." he said, pointing to the pictures as if trying to explain to the much taller avian.
Creator shifted somewhat, as he felt another pang of pain shoot throughout his body. It was begining to sting now, but he smiled. Why? Pom was trying to get the Rito to take him to a home, where he could rest. He needed to move, desprately. Otherwise, something worse would happen. And this wasn't even as worse it could get.

Burlo raised an eyebrow--not that it could be seen behind his mess of hair--as the ginormous bird looked him over. As it just continued to stare dumbly, he reached into his coat and pulled out an unopened bottle. Popping the cork out expertly, he was about to raise it to his lips when the bird finally spoke. As the avian life form continued it's rant, Burlo looked down at the small creature in question, and his eyes nearly popped out of his head. Not that they would be able to go anywhere of course, since there was a practical net cast over them.
Trembling slightly as the bird finished speaking, he walked over to the lip of the crater and looked in. His jaw dropped when he saw the large...thing...in the middle. Was it human? It looked so...unnatural. He slowly looked over at the bottle in his still raised hand. Staring at it for a while, he eventually lowered it, produced a stopper out of his pocket, put it in place and put the bottle back in it's holder inside his coat. He slowly turned back to the bird.
"I d'no if I seen you 'fore, but 'de name's Burlo. I d'no what dat ting is eider, but it looks 'urt." He cast his eyes over towards the being again, surveying the strange humanoid once again before turning back to the bird. "I s'pose we should do summat wit' it, but I d'no what. Don't tink we kin lift it, looks big ta me."

Darkin nodded at Burlo's request, and stared back into the crater. I know a thing or two about healing spells... I suppose if we could get him to a safe place, I could heal him as best I could..." Darkin looked back to Pom, who was trying desperately to tell them about the alien. It obviously cared very much for it's companion. The Rito looked back to Burlo, and then down at the cyborg. "Do you know where we could take him? My house is up in New PeakTop, but I don't know if he can survive that long... What do you think Burlo?"
The very moment after he asked the man that question, he wondered why he bothered. Burlo seemed pretty intoxicated at the moment. Still, to be polite, he would give him the chance to answer. "Hey Alien... Do you have any preference in temperature? It would be colder in New PeakTop, but warmer down in the forest. A friend of mine lives there, and he'd be happy to help... I think. Anyways, do you think you can move?"

Pom made his namesake again, this time in a joyous tone. As it finished, the chestplate of the "alien" glowed, and Pom was lifted up, his head unstuck from the ground. As he was set down, he formed into a ball, and he rolled back down to the glowing chestplate, before being absorbed into it, just as he was formed.
As Pom dissapeared, and the plate stopped the glow, Creator slowly moved. He moved his arms weakly, trying to lift itself up by the rocks around it. Pushing some rocks behind it, just in case he fell again, he looked to the two, but his eyes were still off. "I. . .can move, avian. . ." he said, unable to make out where the aformentioned avian was, "But. . .it would be best. . .to be lower. . ." he added, trying to lift himself up, using the rocks again as aids. He was weak now, and could move, but needed some help, as he was currently blind.

Darkin jogged over to the being, and stopped abruptly. Eww... I don't wanna touch it. The Rito debated with himself for a moment, and decided that it was a living being, no matter how weird it looked. The mage knelt down, and grabbed an arm, pulling it over his shoulder, and helping the extraterrestrial to it's feet. "We're going to have to go down the mountain, through the desert, and through a forest to get you to my friend's house." Darkin stood up, helping the being along. "A little help here Burlo?" Again Darkin questioned why he asked Burlo for help. Darkin knew what it was like to be drunk. You hear yourself talking normal sentences, but everyone else is hearing you make sounds as if you were no more knowledgeable than an infant. Darkin didn't blame the inebriated man, but he needed help.
Suddenly, the Rito was blinded by something to his left. It was gleaming armor! Darkin focused, and noticed a Goron in shining armor. He had a head full of messy orange hair, and was carrying what looked like an oversized axe on his back. A strap kept it close to his back, and seemed to strap him all together. Darkin now noticed that it wasn't the armor that had blinded him, but rather a large buckle that sat in the middle of the same strap that ran across his armor, and over his shoulder. A large Goron, but still not as tall as Norog. "Hey! Hey you! Goron!" The large being turned and stared in Darkin's direction, apparently noticing the large crater in mountain.
The Goron turned his large body, and jogged his way over to Darkin and Burlo. "Whats the problem?" He asked, wincing at the alien. "And who or what is that?" Darkin struggled under the weight of the being, but still managed to choke out an answer. "I don't know what he is, but he needs help! Can you give me a hand here please?" The Goron nodded, and then noticed Burlo. He too seemed to want to laugh, but had it in his heart to restrain himself. "Hey there, what would your name be?" Darkin cocked his head. "Your accent... Its not the normal Goron speech. You talk like a casual gentleman!" The Goron nodded. "I was raised far away, on Hyrule's east continent. About as far east as Hyrule goes actually."
Darkin smiled slightly, for he had many questions about the eastern continent. "We'll have to -eerrg- talk about that later. I need some help here." The Goron nodded, and picked up the alien, and hoisting him over his shoulder, being careful to hold him over the side that the axe wasn't blocking. "Hmm.. You don't work out a lot do ya?" Darkin grimaced. "Hey, thats not fair, you're a Goron.." The hefty being laughed, and winked. "Life's not always fair. So where are we taking him?" Darkin pointed down into Tantari. "We're taking him down the mountain, through Tantari, and into that forest." The Goron smiled confidently. "No problem!" He began walking down the mountain. Darkin sighed, relieved that the weight was off of his shoulders, literally that is.

Burlo watched the small being tumble back into the larger one in disbelief. Maybe I really should lay off the drink...nah, I probably just need more of it. He reached into his pocket when Darkin requested his assistance. He grumbled as he replaced the bottle, but then sighed as he saw Darkin's efforts. There's no way they would be able to do it. Unless...he could always turn the thing into a fairy. That would be fun...although, if it was this weak, it probably wouldn't be able to fly well...
Luckily, his problems were solved when the Goron appeared. As the bird thing discussed the situation with 'Rocky', Burlo snuck a few quick sips. After a few more seconds, he snuck a swig. Then a bigger swig, and finally a chug, until the bottle was empty. He hid it quickly as the intimidating newcomer questioned him, and swallowed before responding. "Name's Burlo." He said in a booming, hopefully masculine and intimidating voice. He didn't want to appear weak before the strong stranger.
Happy that the Goron took the load himself, Burlo trudged after the retreating forms, winking at Darkin. "'n yew wanted me t' help carry 'em!"
