You were summoned.
That is all you know, that is all the royal knight of Hyrule told you when he handed you the letter of summoning, which ordered all beings loyal to Hyrule to appear in the castle town square at a set time and date, printed on the back of the letter.
The time had come.
You appear in North Castle in the way you usually do, and set out. The streets are unnaturally uncrowned today, with few people running around frantically. You begin to wonder what is going on, when you make it to the town square, and watch the sight.
Countless soldiers are performing drills, getting into ranks, and testing their weapons. Some, you notice, are moving throughout the castle, away from the town square. Some are climbing the stairs that lead to the wall, cautiously peering over, as if expecting a threat. A guard nearby notices you, and motions for you to come over. "Are you ready?" he asks. Seeing the puzzled look on your face, he brings out the same letter handed to you days ago. "We’re at war, now. Some of our scouts went to the north forest, only one returned, and he reported something...well, just ask someone higher up, I don’t understand it myself..." he said, pointing at a group of men sitting around a table.
It was a giant map of Hyrule, pins were stuck in it all over. The men who sat around the table were obviously generals of Hyrule, you could tell by their armor and weapons. "...The scout reported that nearly three hundred monsters were marching westward, deeper into the forest. I believe that the base of operations is the north forest mines, as it is easily defended," a general said, in reply to a question aimed at him. "I believe we should send out better scouts, so we can pinpoint exactly where the monsters are going, in case we are incorrect," another general said, then he noticed you. "Come!" he says, motioning for you to join them. He draws up a spare chair for you.
"We are now at war, in case you do not know. Countless armies seem to be forming, monsters are marching north and west, and a few hoards exist southwards. Just now, a scout of our own returned to the castle. He was horribly wounded, and died soon after arriving, but not before he revealed that some monsters are marching westwards. We believe that they are headed towards the mines, and were about to send out a task force to be sure," he said.
"We did not all agree on that. We need to make a decision that will be aimed at gaining information, instead of losing men." A third general said. "Instead of a task force, why not send one or two skilled rangers or spies?" He suggested. "I personally like the idea myself," Kasei said. He, too was sitting at the table, though he obviously stood out when put next to these generals. He looks at you. "What do you think? Would you be willing to go alone, or perhaps with a friend?" he asked, as though it had been made clear that you were going. "I believe we can get anyone from the crowd to come and aid you," the last general said, smiling. "We only ask that you’re careful," he finished, standing up. Another man appeared, yet another General. "Sorry I'm late," he said. "What have I missed in the planning?" he asked, and was pulled aside for a small briefing.

There was only a small group of representitives in the square. Commander Leon was one of them. He headed the Hyrule Militia. Orpheous, Simon, Bou, and Silna arrived as well. Orph led the PFH, and the others had high up positions. They knew, even before being told, that there would be at least battle and it would be bleek.
They stood by the table and listened intently. A stranger showed up during the explaination, but the representitives ignored the stranger. The stranger was a male in pitch black robes, a turban like head dress(which hid most of is upper face, and a bandana shielding his lower face. These too were black. On his back was a large broad sword. His skin color was olive, and it would be entirely feasible if an ancestor down the line was a Gerudo. He carried himself in a meek way. His robe was tied shut, and he probably consealed underneath. There was knives in sheaths fassened to his robes, and a sword in a sheath fastened on as well.
Orpheous thought for a few moments before replying once the explaination was through. "I'll go," he muttered. Simon was about to protest, but Orpheous cut him off. "It is far to dangerous for my apprentice," he then made eye-contact with Silna, "and my true love. Bou is too weak as of now to go, and Leon has to warn the others. Looks like I'll go it alone."
The stranger replied, "That won't be necessary. My colleges call me Stim, and I'll aid you."
"Ok," responded Orpheous. "I see no better option. I'm Orpheous, and I am honored to work with you. They then turned to the generals, awaiting the orders.

A human cannonball darted through the alleys, puffing loudly as he pumped his sausage arms and legs up and down. Arriving at another intersection, he tried to skid to a stop, and lost his balance. Before he landed on his face, he mumbled a few words, and seemed to disappear. In his place was a tiny particle of light. Burlo, now in fairy form, looked around quizzicaly, scratching his head with a meaty finger as he tried to decide which direction to go. Then, looking upward, he slapped his forehead with the palm of his hand before taking flight. He soared above the buildings, and dashed towards the Town Square, trying to avoid the numerous pesky dust motes and flies that seemed to enjoy the atmosphere.
When he arrived over the Square, he squeaked out another incantation, and ballooned back to his normal size in mere seconds, some twenty feet up. He dropped the rest of the way, landing but a foot from Orpheous and his group. With bug guts splattered on his cheeks and a few living insects squirming and entangled in his hair, he whipped out his staff and leveled it at a General heroically. "Burlo, serv'int o' de gurt Goddess Nayrah, atcher service! Where's I needed?"

With his great height, Being could look over the crowds, and view nearly every other side-event that was happening, but now, that was not of his concern. His only concern now was to get to the table, and learn all he could of the current situation. He was known as the King of Painful Knowledge, after all, and he was going to use everything he knew for this problem the people of Hyrule were having.
Once he arrived at the table, be searched over the adventurers already there, only one of which he could tell was of complete and total assurence of which side he was to be on. It made him laugh when he realized this man was a servant of his exact opposite, and thus, it might cause him some discomfort should the little drunk man learn of his identity.
------------------
Worru had raced through the crowds, nearly hitting himself in the gut with the edge of the table when he skidded to a halt. He looked around, remembering Kasei, Orpheous, Orph's entire crew, and he was sure he had seen the rotund man around somewhere before. Once his eyes had found Being, he gasped, but the tall man's eyes told him different.

OOC: I just typed up a nice reply to this....and I accidently clicked on the ads above the box, so my post was deleted. T_T
IC: Kasei smiles as Orpheous finds his ally in this mission. "Well, then. We will have guards excort you to the north forest boundary. Good luck." He says in dismissal, turning his attention back to the map. "This cave to the south, and the entrance to the underworld," He says, pointing at both, "Are they blocked?" The soldier he was addressing shook head. "Well, then, get some strong Gorons out there, and put strong barricades up, cover them completely. As a precaution, put motion-sensative bombs there as well, so that anyone who tries to get in will find a nice cave-in." Kasei orders the soldier, who nods and runs off to complete his task.
As the human cannonbal appears, the General with bronz armor smiles. "A cleric of Nayru, eh? That is good. If you have healing skills, we need all the medics possible in the hospital, there are some soldiers there who have recieved wounds from suprize attacks, and we want them ready for battle anytime soon." He says to Burlo.
Kasei turns his head slightly, but enough to see Being. The Rebel Flame smiled, and motioned for the king to come over. Kasei smiled even warmer as Worru, his grandson appeared at the table. "Ah, hello, Worru. I believe you should fit yourself with some good armor and a sturdy shield." He said, smiling as though he was a teacher in a school, and not a man in the middle of war.

Kamiko smiled and said "Hmm" And whistled a quick little tune (like in Twilight Prencess to summon the hawk) and an fairy flew down and landed on her left shoulder as Josh, and Jeromy walked up beside Kamiko.
"Hope we aren't late" Kamiko said

Mirielle sat on the offered chair with a flourish of her blue and white robes, tossing her silver hair that was now fading to a dull grey, no matter how she denied it, over her shoulders.
"I'm no use at spying or sneaking around," she said in her straightforward way. "I'll heal your injured to perfect or near-perfect health, and if you need a strong mage to deal a lot of damage in one strike, I can easily go into combative mode. If you want I'll go work on the soldiers straightaway." The mage gazed at the soldiers and Kasei in her usual domineering manner, as if challenging them to say otherwise. It seeemed almost odd that she be there alone, without Rhyss even, and even odder that some of the witch's reasons for even fighting on Hyrule's side was the sole purpose of annoying Rhyss and challenging Kobas.

Sakiko had nodded briefly at the general, and had taken the offered seat. Slipping into it quietly, she had noted another mage beside her. Zeze had also followed suite, and had taken a chair herself, with Laido right behind. The mage had carefully listened to the others, and finally chose to speak when a medic was mentioned,
"I can heal the wounded, I've done it before."
Zeze clapped her thigh,
"And I'm willing to do whatever is necessary!"
Sakiko glanced at the bard, frowning. Zeze had on a skin tight, shiny, black one-suite. She wasn't even wearing any boots. On her head, she had donned a soldier's helmet. The mage hissed, "Hush, this is serious." Zeze said aloud, "I am serious."
Laido rubbed his chin.
"I'd like to go wherever Zeze goes. I'm willing, like she had said, to do anything is assigned to me."

Being nodded, walking over to Kasei, and then bending down to lessen the height difference the two had, what with one of them sitting, and the other being a total of ten feet in height, a fact spoken of earlier on. " Kasei, I hope you understand that I am the only King on your side of the war. Smiley has gone to the dark side, and Emege has decided to stay neutral for this." he said, explaining some facts he felt needed to.
Worru, on the other hand, simply nodded, and began to walk off in the direction of armory, but stopped. "Uhm, where is the armor?" he asked, and Being pointed the young boy in the direction. " That way, Worru."

Jeromy Coughed and said; "I think if a spy is needed then we should let one of our shiekah do the job since they are known to keep hidden alot easer than anyone else."
"There he goes again..." The young female Shiekah, Kamiko, began but didn't finnish her thought out loud instead said "Heh, he's right."

As Aureliano walked through the square, envelope in hand, he could not help but to feel exhilarated. He knew what was going on. The drills of the soldiers were to get them to move quickly and efficiently. In a battlefield. Even though he did not show it, always preferring to display his peaceful side, Aureliano loved war. He loved its tactics, strategies, risks, and bloodshed. It was in his blood, since one of his ancestors had been a great military colonel: Colonel Aureliano Buendia.
He walked to what seemed to be the center of operations, where he was explained the situation. His prediction was right. Hyrule was in war. As Aureliano entered the main room, he saw many faces unknown to him, faces of experienced generals, and some faces he did know. The man they call Kasei was there, along with Sakiko and Zeze. He managed to get there somewhat on time, well, at least to hear Kasei's and a general's questions.
He looks at you. "What do you think? Would you be willing to go alone, or perhaps with a friend?" he asked, as though it had been made clear that you were going. "I believe we can get anyone from the crowd to come and aid you," the last general said, smiling. "We only ask that you’re careful,
"Hello, I am Aureliano Buendia," The young Hylian said in a formal tone, returning their gaze, "I am a Vassal. I will protect the Royal Family's kingdom with my life." He spotted Sakiko and Zeze again, accompanied by another male. "Sir, I would like to go with that group over there, if they agree to me joining them," he told the Rebel flame, pointing toward the pale mage's group. He stood still, trying not to show any emotion since he was technically talking with a superior.

Kasei lifted his head as Being knelt down. He listened to the explenation. "That is news, of course, but I am not the one in charge here. I, too am just a general in this war, and a servant of the king." He says.
A general to the left of Kasei turned to the two new healers. "That is very-" He said, suddenly getting cut off by a messenger. The mailman who was always running around hyrule now handed the head general, the one at the end of the table, a piece of paper. "You sure?" The General asked, the mailman nodded, and was off again.
The General stood. He turned to the healers, Zeze and Laido. "We have a healer in use already. You all had better go and get your armor's prepared. We have just recieved information." He said the last part to the whole town square.
"Assemble the Fifth Division, the hoards of darkness are on the move, they mean to take out Rauru town!" He called loudly to the assembly. The knights gave a salute, and scrambled, getting prepared. "We leave for Rauru in one half hour! Be prepared, men!" The General called out again.
Kasei turned to Jeromy. "A spy is good, and I know full well who you are, Aurel." He said, turning to Aureliano. "You two will be needed. If you wish to go and catch up with Orpheous, then do so quickly. Taimat," He said, gesturing to a Genral who had stood up, "Is the leader of the Fifth Division. Anyone who will go with him must say so now." The Rebel Flame finished.

Commander Leon had left for Rauru Town as soon as the message was read. The first defense had to be ready in advance. Simon pulled his companions, Bou and Silna aside. "I suggest we head to Rauru Town," he whispered. The two nodded, Orpheous was risking his life, they felt guilty not doing the same.
He turned to Taimat, "We're going with," he said. "But we must gather some friends first." This was Silna's cue. Her figure changed to that of a cheetah in less than the blink of an eye. She headed in the direction of Ryan's house, which doubled as a PFH center of operation.

Sakiko stood up, after giving Aureliano a greeting. A bit disappointed that she would not be useful in the matters of healing, she decided to make herself helpful in other aspects of war. Sakiko said to Aureliano,
"I want you to stay with me, although I don't think I'll need the protection."
She smiled slightly, despite the grave situation. She approached General Taimat, and said,
"I volunteer to belong in the Fifth Division, Sir."
Zeze and Laido cried behind the mage,
"Us too!"
Sakiko turned, and said, gritting her teeth,
"You guys go somewhere else."
Zeze ignored this, and helped Laido tie on his armor. The bard sang a ditty of courage as she did so, securely tying up knots here and there.

Aureliano simply stared on to the assembling division, readying themselves to go to battle. This made him ecstatic. He was eager to fight and defend Hyrule, and this was time to do so. "I shall accompany General Taimat and his division," the young Hylian told the generals.
"I want you to stay with me, although I don't think I'll need the protection."
"Of course," he simply replied, beginning to eye the armor available. He picked up some chainmail and and gauntlets, commencing to don them. He then came across a helmet his size, and donned it too. "Let's get going."
