A cool mountain breeze blew over the Goron, and the mountain cheer seemed to make him even more inviting than ever. He stood above the rest of the crowd, and was calling out something about an "Iron Brigade", and waving his arms around like a madman. As you near, he stops and smiles at you. "Hello citizen! I'm part of a group called "The Iron Brigade", and our goal is to wrestle the South from Ganon's clutches, should the rumors be true." He finished, and held out a piece of paper. "Interested? Sign here, or find out more at the Tantari Cafe." The paper in his hands read:

THE IRON BRIGADE
...is looking for brave adventurers willing to fight to regain South Hyrule upon its opening. Interested parties should inquire at the Tantari Cafe. Ask for Nathan. The South must be reacquired in the name of the King from the minions of Ganon!

OOC: I did this huge awesome post, but now I'm pissed because it signed me out and it's lost and grr just take this crappy one.
IC: Burlo came rocketing around the corner. "Free de shouth?" He exclaimed, charging for the shouting Goron. Yanking the papers out of his hand, he reached into the top of his hat, fumbling around for a few seconds and wincing all the while. He pulled out a feather, the tip covered in dried ink, and his hand was littered with stray animal bites and scratches. Sucking on the end of the pen for a second, he made an incredibly illegible scribble across the entire paper, then holding it back out and looking pleased with himself. "'ere, Rocky. Now what're we gon' do ta free de shouth?"

Shigure nearly jumped at the sight of the frayed cleric, as he darted around the corner. Receiving the paper back from the man, he observed the scribble. "Errr..." He turned the paper on it's side, and squinted. "You know what, I'll just give you a nice little marking here." The Goron reached inside of his pouch, and removed a corked bottle of dark blue ink, along with a thin bristled brush. "Extend your arm." Shigure commanded as he removed the cork from the bottle. Dipping the brush gently into the bottle, he carefully made a unique looking mark on Burlo's hand.
"Be careful not to smudge that now." The Goron stated smiling. "You're going to want to head down the mountain path, through the desert, and you're gonna want to take a right into a small establishment called the Tantari Cafe." He took a deep breath of the fresh mountain air, and heaved a heavy sigh. "Ask for Nathan, and show him that marking. He'll know what to do with you." With that, he went back to calling out to the public.

Darilan never thought of himself as a brave adventurer, and he wasn't much of a fighter. When he read "The South must be reacquired in the name of the King from the minions of Ganon!" his percieved inadequecy was no longer a concern to him. His family had been stolen from him much like the King's land had been. Hyrule, being his home, was his land as well, and he wasn't going to let Ganon keep that from him. "Sign me up," he told the Goron. "It has been too long. Now I am sick of these goddess-damned monsters in this beautiful land called Hyrule." He signed his elaborate signature on the paper. It would be a great deed for him to do for Hyrule.

"Sign me up"
The nomad turned to the source of the words, and his eyes rested on a man standing before him. Upon closer inspection, he came to recognize the man as a Sheikah, and got a bit excited. Having a Sheikah in the Iron Brigade would definitely be beneficial. The Goron had heard much about the unparalleled skills of the dying race, and so he more than willingly held out the paper, and allowed the Sheikah to sign the parchment. "Your face and name have been engraved in my mind." The Goron stated. "Welcome to the Iron Brigade!" He smiled widely, but before long it disappeared. "Or... At least I'd like to say that." He scratched the back of his head. "Go speak to Nathan, the Gate-keeper. He'll be standing in front of a large iron door inside Tantari Cafe. If you've never been there, just exit the mountains, and follow the edge of the forest. If you stay along the edge of the grass, you can't miss it."
"It has been too long. Now I am sick of these goddess-damned monsters in this beautiful land called Hyrule.
"I hear you brother. If its true or not, I won't be taking any chances. Thank you for adding your help to the Brigade. The Iron Brigade will be the end of Ganon's raid." He said firmly. He held the sign back into the air, and waited for more people to inquire about the sign.

That leaves no time to stand around, then, does it.
He heard the Goron shouting out about the Iron Brigade, heard its purpose, and snatched a quill, writing his signature - a cursive N with a spear stabbing diagonally through it - and told the Goron named Shigure, "I am most grateful that you have this organization! I mean, I was sure that we would fight Gohma, then leave through the passage and everyone would be scratching their heads while I was out hunting down Exiles." He said the last part with clear sarcasm, not meaning that he would do it alone. But at least there would be a bit more of a solid plan for when they actually defeated Gohma, if they did in fact defeat her, and not get massacred instead. Rising from his signing it, he bowed. "Thank you, Shigure, for this. This made my day..."
It wouldn't surprise me if it was the Iron Brigade who forced the Mayor of Ruto to allow us to go to the passage and fight of the great spider awaiting us...

OOC sorry no quotation marks.
The Goron named Kane had been chewing on some rocks that was filling his stomack when he heard about a group preparing to fight the south. Eh brother sign me up to fight and if you could point me in the way of the Tantari cafe.

Gothos saw the crowd around the Goron and took one of the fliers which was handed to him. Looking up and down the flier saying to himself, "Hmmm... there's a lot of interesting things in the south, and if this Ganon is as ultimately evil as they say, then he's probably recruited the most horrible monsters in the land, possibly even the Darkness, and if so then his minions will rue the day they joined him.
"Yo, Goron," he said to the Goron,(obviously)"count me in."
