YOU don't know what you're talking about- that is not true. Sure, many girls do buy into the beauty myth, but certainly not all. There are quite a few that don't really give a who about what people think of them. I don't.. Well once in a while I'll admit I am picky about what I wear and such, but whatever, isn't everybody. >:(

Heh.  Pardon me straying off topic for a bit longer, but I feel the need to save face.  I wasn't paying that much attention.  Although, as I see how it stands now, Shikamaru is right.  Many girls don't seem secure with their body image, and that's made worse by the image of the "perfect" woman society presents.  There is the saying "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," but I say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  Therefore, if you want to know if you are beautiful, ask yourself, not others."

Ahem.  That's all I have to say about it.  I'll step off the Lon Lon Milk box now.
