Just a little backstory about my younger self before I begin this tiny little tale of memoirs. When I was in about third grade, my friend Michael and I were obsesed with writing poke'mon fanfictions, usually including ourselfves under various aliases. Now, these little stories went about 3-4 pages before we got bored with the idea and started a new one. As time went on, we moved on from poke'mon to the hit lego series, bionicles. Then from that to final fantasy, which went on for a humongous period of time. As you might imagine, our vocabulary was atrocious in the begining, and out skills in literature slowly devoloped over time. Then, tragedy struck. Me and Michael were to be moved to different schools, come the end of fourth grade. Little did we know we would never end up in the same school again. But to this day, we still keep in touch. We play online with eachother, talk on AIM, and visit eachother's houses whenever we can. But I digress, once we discovered that we may never see eachother again, we decided that we would unite our brains one last time to come up with a Zelda fanfic so amazing, that it would reach Miyamoto's ears and be published. As you can tell, we were very naive in how these things work. So, we decided to begin with a table of contense, which unfortunatly was as far as we got. We based it off of four swords and minish cap. We constently tried to see eachother to make the story work, but his mother and father were hispanic and firmly belived that a white boy and a hispanic boy should not hang out with eachother, outside of school. As we grew older this changed however.
This ends the childhood story. Today, I was going through my bookshelf and happened upon nine composition books filled with horrible grammer and tales from the simple minds of two childhood friends. And in one of them, I happened upon the table of contents from our "famed" Zelda fanfiction. The title, "The Legend of Zelda, sons of a hero". The cover was filled with crude drawings of various item obtained in Minish Cap, Ocarina of Time, and Four Swords. The table of contents contained thirty chapters, in which the four heros would obtain the first two stones from minish cap. The story was supposedly about the four sons of Link, who would rise up in place of their father, who was too old to save the world, and fight off Vaati once more. Im sorry if you find this just poinless rambling. But it brought back a lot of memories of my childhood dreams of being a famous writer, and saving Hyrule from evil with my best friend. I've even considered starting up the story and posting it here.

This may be a bit off topic, but you just brought up my memory of turning in a Pokemon fanfiction for the writing part of a proficiency test in fourth grade.

Takun

Hahaha, its completley on topic. This entire topic is about childhood memories/memoirs ;D

I've got a ton of old sketchbooks in a bag in my room filled with terrible drawings from when I was younger. Every so often I get them all out to look through them. It's great to see how much I've improved even over the years. I've also got a few old schoolbooks from primary school in a cupboard somewhere, which are great to read, I wrote some hilarious things, not on purpose though.

Takun

Yeah, I read a bunch of the stories and I was like, "What the **** was I thinking?"

My real Poison team in BW2. They all have perfect natures and EV's. I went the extra distance and bred the right IV's into them. Come at me bro.

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

Pale Dim

Mysterious F.

I was somewhat of an antisocial as a child, so I didn't really do much with other people. Perhaps that could explain my lack of people skills.

Gamefreak

Did anybody else do the A+B+Down trick to catch Pokemon?
