Speaking of punching people in the face, I was at Lynnhaven Mall today, and this one guy pulled me aside to sell me this fingernail care kit thing.  I should have just ignored him, but since I didn't, I was thinking about punching him in his face when he insisted on selling me this kit after I explicitly stated that I could not afford it and that I was unemployed and looking for a job.  Not in that order, but still.

Sometimes the come out and try to assult sell stuff to you when you are just passing by.

Not making eye contact does a lot to prevent them from "selling" to you. If you make eye contact, that shows you have at least a little interest in whatever they're peddling. Not doing so just shows that you're probably not worth their effort.
