Stupid Censorship

Has anyone ever been on a forum that had stupid censorship things?  On the messageboard for the official Pittsburgh Steelers website, they censor the word "dick" when "Dick Lebeau" is the name of THEIR OWN DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR.  Honestly, I don't think you can get any more stupid than that.  Sheesh.  You can't say anyone is cocky either.  I message on that board might come out as "I bet that (bad word) Lebeau will show those (bad word)y Bengals that they can't get yards."

on my forum it automatically censors "click". people are fare more likley to use click for mouse click, not (rude word)

Yeah, this forum automatically censors, too, but only by omitting it, even if it's in the middle of the word.

I had a thread complaining about it.  The mods ignored it.  It was a crappy forum.  You hardly ever saw the management there and they deleted stuff without explaination.  I got my account deactivated for some reason too and then there was this message that said to check my PMs to see why I was deactivated.  No one sent me a PM.  I got banned and they didn't tell me why, no warnings, anything.  Well, if their stupid enough to censor the name of the teams DC, they will ban me for no reason.

The "a" word.  If a word has the "a" word in it, those three letters drop.  It's very annoying.  I thought mive was some Spanish word before I realized it was supposed to be masive, but with two s's, not one.

Yeah, but still, I agree with giving Jack some credit. This feature IS kind of minor.

As for you, shadowlink13, yeah, the latter seems extremely rediculous. It kind of reminds me of my school... ;)

Maybe mod powers have something to do with it.  Why they would... I don't know.  Someone who isn't a mod try writing "massive."
