Midna can go to normal Hyrule because she gives Link information on how to complete certain things. I think she probably is a ghost/spirit in Hyrule.

How can you be so sure about that? I think Nintendo stated that the Twilight Realm turns Hylians into other animals or other; I think the same happened to Midna.

Midna isn't the Master Sword. That was only a stupid rumour. As stated above, she appears on the newest video footage (in the Goron Mines), talks to you, then disappears.

Midna doesn't change form. She only becomes a spirit. The strictest definition of existing... that is what Aonuma said.
