What do think of Tingle?

Tingle is unfairly hated in the Western world just because he dresses differently and thinks differently than everyone else.  He provides invaluable help in MM and OoA.  He is comic relief in an otherwise gloomy game (MM).  And I'm tired of people complaining he charges too much money in TWW.  First off, it's a game, and games are supposed to be challenging.  Go find some monster to slay or go bushwhacking to get the rupees; they're practically everywhere.  Second, it's not real money; it's not like you can take it out of the game and spend it.  We are all different, and if you hate everyone because of that, then you're pretty sad.  I mean, so what if he wants to be a faerie.  Haven't you ever wanted to be something other than a human at one point in your life?  I know I have (several times).  And the underwear on the outside thing; superheroes do this all the time, but no one calls them freaks.  And stop saying Tingle is gay; we have no evidence to prove so.  And on the tights; no one hates Link because he wears tights.  Stop being so critical of Tingle, Western world.  I hereby renounce modern society and replace it with my own.

No offense, but like I said, you think too critically of people who are a tad bit different.  Why don't you hate me?  I have no desire to be a faerie, nor do I wear tights, but I'm just like Tingle:  different.  He's a character I can relate to.

Honestly IMO it's hardly difficult to fund the chart decipherings in WW seeing as how many ways there are to get money (light rings, treasure charts, fish man game, etc.) Also tingle is hardly evil just a little... out there.

Here how i think of tingle now, thanks to Hi no Seijin:

Windwaker tingle is evil cause he kiddnapped someone and he looks plain freaky.

Majoras mask and OoT tingle is cool, he gives you maps and advice and he is sometimes quite funny.

That is no reason to call someone evil.  Otherwise, much better.
