His age is the reason they decided to give the game a toon-shadet look. That was stated long ago. It's because children view the world in a more colourful way.

You are supposed to represent Link in the games, right? that's why he doesn't talk. so if a discussion about love life came up in a game you wouldn't get a say in it beyond selecting different answers. the point im trying to get at is that who you fancy or are going out with or what ever is the same in the game - you and link are the same while playing (or at least nintendo's main idea behind the game being conceived)

If you think back to AoL whenever you get to a town you can find an attractive woman outsider her house and she lets Link into her house, closes the door, and suddenly all his health is recovered. I wonder what is going on behind that door to recover his health  ;D

You know, it seems so classic that it should be Link and Zelda together. Hero and Princess, and all that. But...they don't really get together, do they? With the exception of the end of AoL as somebody mentioned above, which I've never seen because I hated it too much to finish it (GASP). And it seems, based on context, that they really just admire and respect eachother, and go on with their individual "careers."
I could see Link with an un-mentioned Hylian girl, or even somebody like Malon, in the case of OoT.
I find Link humble, if slightly curious, but too gentlemanly to be forward. And he's always got a lot on his plate anyway. I always imagine post-game Link settling down with somebody homey, and as kind and humble as he is. A good and simple life, with alottments made for the occasional political to-do.

I don't think Link and Zelda ever do marry, because their bloodlines are seperate in each game...even in TWW Tetra and Link aren't related in any way.
