Vegetarians/Vegans?

Are there any vegetarians OR vegans. They aren't the same thing.  Some people take offense to that.  Please comment if you don't eat some kind of animal product.

Nope, when I have meat in my face, I don't taste it, I just eat it really fast. Like chicken for one, I love chicken, and if it weren't for turkey, there would be no stuffing, at least the good kind of stuffing.

Are you sure about the stuffing part, Wolf Link? Maybe whoever invented stuffing just made it, and someone else thought that it would be a good thing to combine stuffing and turkey. ;)

Stuffing = seasoned breadcrumbs and meal.

I've had a few friends that are vegan, they were brother and sister by the way. also quite hippyish  :D :D :D :D :D :D

the brother is about my age, and the sister's two years older than the brother.

Norman says he's a vegetarian, but if you put chicken in his face, he wont think about eating it, its gone before you even give it to him, I don't know why, but thats the only meat he'll eat, and sometimes he'll eat peperoni... But other than that, he don't like meat.

We aren't talking about Thanksgiving, unless it's about Tofurkey.  Now that's good!  Yes, I have been asked if I was a hippy! ;D ;D ;D

I'm neither vegan or vegetarian, although I'll often follow a vegetarian diet. I ate meat today for the first time in a few months, and it was chicken. Usually my meat intake stays at fish and seafood, and my protein comes from oatmeal (surprisingly high in protein), eggs, and fat-free cottage cheese and yoghurt.
Something about meat...it just feels uncomfortable in me after I've eaten it.
I also like swapping good vegetarian recipes, and trying to veganize recipes for friends.
But I can't technically be classified as either, I'm afraid.

Well back in high school there were periods of time during each year that I was basically a vegetarian, during wrestling season. All I could really eat was salad, carrots, pasta, and celery to cut weight...made Thanksgiving and Christmas terrible.

ouch, I can imagine...thats why I don't wrestle, I would like to stay at a comfortable weight...and I'm not overweight either, so I'm happy...plus I just think wrestling looks wrong...

I'm not vegetarian, but I'm glad they exist. More meat for me.

I respect vegetarians and vegans.  I also have a slight understanding on why most of them choose to be vegetarian.  I wouldn't try to trick one into eating meat.  However, my respect for one will disappear the instant they try to get me to be a vegetarian.  I've been eating meat all my life, and it's natural for me, just as it's natural for wolves to eat deer.  So if you are a vegetarian or vegan, I ask that you respect my eating habits, and I'll respect yours.

And what you said is all true but I have had many Vegetarian's/Vegan's come up to me and tell me I am wrong and I have even had red paint thrown at me after I walked out of a Burger King once (let me assure you that punk got what he deserved after that  >:(  ) But I do not care what you eat or what you believe as long as you do not try to preach to me.

That is really cool collaboration.  I was thinking about becoming a wrestler.  I have had people come up to me and said "More meat for me then".  Thank you Hi no Seijin.  I hate when people try to get me to eat meat.  My respect for you has just gone up so much.  But I do get into debates with my friends they'll start and I'll have to react to.
