Happy valentines day

Two words: Hallmark Holiday

It's just an overhyped holiday that make people choose that particular day to show their affections to others.  Similar to the point that MagmarFire made.  It's nothing but another day, with overhyped and overpriced gifts.

This is one of those holidays where you complain about the prices of stuff, then get mad because somebody didn't get you something nice enough.

i went on my v-day date last night

i gave her flowers and a box of chocolates
she gave me a cookie cake she made
we went to applebees and i swear our waiter was hitting on me
we went to see ghost rider
we had a little "party" back at her house if you know what i mean (not really, just kissing)

Im just to damned shy to do anything that active on Valentines Day. I mean, sure, Get all flrity and whatnot, but I don't really go out on Valentines Day.

it was on a Wednesday, not exaclty a night to go out, if you ask me.

Besides, despite my relative shyness, i also has a sinus infection. Couldn't go anywhere.
