I know, that's why I said "by magic". But Sheik is a male Sheikah if you ask me.
Ok so acording to your theory, If a woman put on a man's clothing, she would be turned into a man ::).
I personally think she didn't use magic at all. She just put on the clothes of a Shiekah male, talked so her voice sounds diffrent, and used the Hyrulean equivlent of red contacts.
I'm not saying that the magic theory is impossible, but Zelda is definantly not a Shiekah male.

Vaati

Of course not, but I'm thinking that when Shiek turned into Zelda there was that flash of light that I'm guessing was some kind of magic, so maybe she did the same when she was turning into Shiek.

IronKnuckle

Mabey it was a mentle disquise, not a physical one. Mabey she used the Triforce to make her just apperear to look like that.
In her mind she looked normal, but to every one else she looks different.
Uhg this is hard to explain.

Evilslayer

Why do people spell it Shiekah? Is it really that hard to place the i and the e in their right spots? :-\

Vaati

Just remember "'I' before 'E', except after 'C'." It's different in German if you hear the 'E' the 'E' comes first, if you hear the 'I', the 'I' comes first.

To Iron Knuckle, about the mental diguise thing, is it one of those Criss Angel Mindfreak things, do you mean?

Thanks for showing me how to spell diguise right. I still don't know what your talking about. Whats Criss Angle Mindfreak?

I think the Twili are the Shiekah. If so, Vaati could be a Twili wannabe.

I recall reading somewhere that the tear in the Sheikah sybol represents a betrayal of the Roya lFamily and that before that it was just aneye. I don't remember where

Commodore Axilon

It sounds like fanon to me.

That was from the Ocarina of Time manga. The manga should never be considered canon, due to the fact they openly contradict the games at several points (Nabooru's role as Twinrova's minion is extremely different in the manga than in the game).

Marcamillian

Errmm... just t throw it out there, altleast in my eyes the Shiekah are a different race. Have you seen the chuffin size of impa... shes HUGE! Too bif to be just a particularly big hyrulian.

I was wondering about the whole Shiekah/Hylian relationship. Why exactly do the Shiekah protect the royal familly? Is it because the Hylians are suppost to be the closest to the gods or did the royal familly help them in some way?

IronKnuckle

Guys, Vaati was origianally a Minish. He just used Ezlos magic hat (can't remember the name its probly Minish Cap though) to be normal sized. If he was originally a Minish  (which is about 2 inces tall) how could he have been a Sheikah (which as  Marcamillian pointed out is about 6ft 4)?

Bboy94

When did anyone say he was a sheikah. I said a wannabe.

Vaati

It's assumed. Being that his symbol looks alot like the Sheikah symbol.
