That's coding. (or I'm pretty sure. ;)) If I'm not mistaken, Magmarfire went to a contest for it and placed first.

You would be correct; however, it was a C++ contest I competed in. What Havoc posted looks a lot like Ruby, judging by the end keywords that the code uses. But then again, the comments aren't being set off with an octothorpe, so I could be wrong with that.
