You aren't using your mod powers for good, but merely for comedy. If it was something more serious, like a mod editing an offensive post and the poster reversing the edit, then you would have reason for doin so. If you do it now, then I will request to Gamefreak you be discharged as a mod, not just for this, but for many other things you have done I have tolerated, including multiple occasions of flaming members.

Some ISPs change peoples' IP addresses every day. Why this is, I don't know, but it depends entirely on your ISP and its policies whether your IP address changes or not.
