I for one see why there should be any shame in watching something as well written and enjoyable as MLP: FiM.

It's animated well, the jokes are genuinely funny, and the characters are all very well done.

There should be no shame in liking the show.

Really depends.
Today's 8 year old boys? No. But when Transformers the movie came out, my dad couldn't wait to see it because it was big when he was young.

Actually, Laura Faust designed the show to capture the interests of both girls and boys. Not sure why, though.

I have to agree with Wolf Link.
This is definitely NOT normal. It's not that it's your sexuality or your gender... It's just plain strange that so many grown men are into these ponies. Don't even try to tell us it's completely normal. That's like saying it's totally normal for Demons to listen to Gospel Music on the radio. It's just plain kooky.
