The King stands behind a podium ready to make an announcement. He pauses waiting not only for silence to consume the crowd, but also for dramatic effect. Though he doesn't really need any.

"A new terrorist group, Malvagio, has begun is entrance into Hyrule. After years of causing mayhem in the neighboring country Byrna, that finally have expanded their plans to include Hyrule. They have already moved some monstrous minions into the nearest point to their country, Parapa Palace, to keep others clear until they can move more important figures and begin real operations. This member was fairly high up, but in exchange for his freedom sooner he revealed that they are stationed in Parapa Palace, and that their leader is a Human named Nazar Nikodim. The group claim to be ridding the world of evil. This is just not true. But to make one-hundred percent certain Hyrule is safe, we will need A GROUP OF WARRIORS to enter Parapa palace as soon as possible. Please, Hyrule asks all warriors who are available to step up and accept this task."

He concludes and a frown is left on his face. As he begins to walk away, another man, a soldier, steps up and asks to meet all who are interested.

OOC: What this means is that I want to start tomorrow morning, if at all possible. I will be on at 1:00 EST to see who's ready/there. If we haven't got enough people, then we will begin Sunday at the same time. (I know, kinda late notice, huh... Sorry)

Hearing the King's announcement, a smile appears once more on Victor's face. Finally, he would have a real adventure. When the soldier stepped up to the podium, Victor wasted no time in being the first to sign up for the quest. Walking up to the soldier, Victor bowed low and said:

"Good soldier, I would be honoured to join in this quest!"

Alpha slowly moved from the edge of the crowds, making his wait straight for the soldier. He spots Victor getting to him first, and confidently moves to stand next to the bard. "I would like to offer my services as well, good knight. It would be an honor to help defend Hyrule."

Raven slowly makes his way over to the soldier. 'I wish to be a part of this group that will go to the palace.' He says. 'To protect Hylrule and the King of course, nothing to do with it being a palace that will be exploring.' He follows up quickly.
Idiot. He thought as he stepped back. Why didn't I just say: Hi, I want to go to see what I can steal from the palace. He doesn't seem to have noticed thankfully.I need some action.

Through the ocean of people swaying in the courtyard, a zora, clad in black robes, stands tall with his hood covering the foremost of his face. It's as if a living shadow amongst these people was present.

The king's words echo through his head and a nefarious grin stretches across his indigo face. The rustling of the crowd and the ill looking frowns of others fall in his wake as he traverses through the crowds towards the man, waiting for soldiers to aid in Hyrule's plight.

Julian removes his staff from its holster and stamps it lightly on the rough cobblestone street as he catures the man's attention and with a cold voice accepts the challenge of resolving the terrorist group.

The soldier states "Now is the time to <a href="http://desertcolossus.com/adventures/vi ... 3"><b>Make your way</b></a> over to Parapa Palace."

sitting on a tree branch high above the crowd, Dogura leaps off of the branch, and lands in front of the startled soldier. slowly and calmly, Dogura begins to speak. " I have many wrongs to redeem, and many bad memories to lift. I would like to join your army. i promise you, i will not dissapoint you..." he signs a paper, and leaps up into a tree...

kasei overhears the conversation, and decides to tail those in the palace...

The army departed as Nogare was walking out of an alley. The Warriors were leaving, and there were cheers and chanting as they left. Quickly curious, Nogare asked an old woman nearby what was happening. She answered, "How should I know; there is always something happening in the castle."

Nogare quickly hurried to another citizen who was chanting, and he asked what was happening as well. He asnwered to him, "Well, The King has summoned for some warriors to depart into the Parapa Desert to fend off some people. I'll wager that is one of Ganon's fighters or something. But how would I kno-" then he realized that the one who he thought was listening was already running out through the castle gates. His staff was strung across his back.

As he ran, he thought through his head just the timing of all of this... Parapa... many a terrible thing I've heard of the desert... the Exiles are there, slowly killing of the only people who are able to resist; the Gerudo... But, of course, he had to do this... for the sake of the castle; it was the number one, even over his life...

It would take many days to get there, but he knew that he had to go. The portcullis was already ahead, and he had no time to go back for food or drink. He had to hasten. Nothing could hold him back... for the moment.

Seeing the army leave saddens Sovelis. He wishes for the strength to quest like everyone else, but alas! he has not the strength yet, nor the skill to help, he would only be a henderence to them. " Good luck to you all," he says "and may peace favor your swords." Looking on saddly as they march onward Sovelis walks away with a dark feeling in his heart...

OOC: By the way, thought I'd let you guys know that Malgavio's Occupation is BACK IN ACTION! *cheer*

OOC: After some thought, and I made sure no one already there minded, I have finally decided that Malvagio's Occupation is accepting new people to help in the cause. We're only about a quarter of the way through, so you would still have most of it to look forward to, but I guarantee we'd die if we continue on with the number of people we have there. Yeah, I am, it's kinda been on hold as I've been waiting for people to join, so I think now it's get going, since Nogare and Denning have joined, that leaves us at approximately, 7, I think that's enough. So head on over an post, and then I'll be there to get that rolling again. Hence, if, you have been, or want to be a part of it, join. It'll be quite lengthy, intense, and fun...
