I don't think magic works like that, Leon. Cousin Archmage says that to remove a magical barrier, we have to do something for the person who controls the barrier. I believe that would be Sage Hagooru, whomever she is. Wherever she is, she controls that barrier. Until we can help her, we can't get into that house.
