Pende jumped back into the pool of water, going deeper until only his head could be seen above the cool calm water. Pende saw that Denning was having doubts, and shought to feed those doubts. Pende spoke to Denning from the water.

Wyndisis looks down at the ground. These two people who were to serve him are quarling. He had to make them come to agreement. That he could do by focusing their anger on something else.

Wyndisis waves his hands and shakes his head as to say 'Don't worry about it.' "You shall meet with him one day. Whenever it is, your power will be well beyond his."

Alexander had been eyeing the zora and shiekah, trying to determine if he recognized either of them, and realized he had been staring.

Still not ready to exactly leave yet from that bit of water, he instead opts to just move a few footsteps away, and sits down there to study their voice patterns instead of just watching them.

That zora SOUNDS familiar...why can't I place him? he closes his eyes a bit and concentrates on his thoughts, ignoring the two for now.

His attention is diverted. Someone is in the water, and he looks familiar. He turns. "Alexander?"

Glancing up sharply if not a bit guiltily, Alexander replies,
"Yes?"

He studies the zora a bit, but nothing he'd managed to recall matched...except the eyes. That darkness was familiar, drawing in the way that persuaded him to let his guard down, but still there was a blank. Alexander takes a second to curse his memory lapse, and then nods,

"Yes, I'm Alexander..." he trails off, "Please forgive me. My memory's been skewed since what I can only call an 'accident'. I remember only a bit," he studies a few more minutes.
