Rose felt the beetle's attempt to attack her, so she changed tatics and performed a spin attack, hoping that more than one bug is in the area. (OOC: Let's say all of them? Seriously, does four sound good?)

OOC: Phew. There was a small amount of fear in the back of my mind that no one would try to use that or Elemental Explosion. Took you long enough, Alex.

So, actually, HNS, your attack is wasted.

IC:
The Thunder Spell rips through each and every one of the Kakris Beetles, annihilating them all at once. The blast also heads upward and smashes into the Scizorn, dealing 15 DMG to the serpent, but it blocks the electrical force from hitting its master.

Instantly eyeing the being that had struck it, Scizorn swoops down and clutches Alex in its jaws (15+9). Squeezing tightly with the power awarded it by the Beast Enragement, Scizorn deals a mighty 20 DMG to the Zora before spitting him out against the wall.

Alpha leaps upward, grabbing his staff from beneath his cape as he does so. Landing right on Scizorn's scaley back, he takes a swing at Xamnial, but the Sheikah manages to duck beneath the staff (6+5[Roll+AGI]) and launches his own attack. The beastmaster's staff also misses its target as Scizorn unexpectedly rises upward (1+4) in a successful attempt to throw Alpha off its back. He crashes into the ground and gets ready for the large bug-snake to make its next pass.

IC: Lying there, the Zora spits a large amount of black blood, he had a hard time breathing, some of his ribs were broken or completely crushed.
"You're...not...getting...the best...from me...bastard" without standing, Alex throws his boomerang, though doing this caused all of his body a great pain.
Maybe trying to do so was an almost impossible task for him right now, but he readied himself for any attack that lizard could throw at him.

OOC: One, okay, I'll try to send that storm your way since you want it, Mikaudes. Just expect some hail for messing up my attack.

IC:
After seeing Scizorn attack Alex for using his Thunder spell, Rose almost questions the prudence in attacking with a spell of her own. Almost. She dashes towards the reptile. Halfway there, she swings her sword from left to right, releasing an element; Rose doesn't bother to think which one it could be. [Elemental Burst] When she gets to the mutated snake, she slashes from right to left. Then she prepares to move out of the way. [Dodge check]

OOC: It's about time I use one of those.

Is that them? How long was I out for? ... No matter. I can't see who they are, but they're under attack, and don't stand a chance alone! I need to hel- what?! Alpha, Rose, and Alex! Where is everyone else? Well, the questions will have to be for later! I need to help them! That took 3 days to travel north this far. I'm tired, but I need to help them...

From the south, although the area is always shadowed by the Dark Lighthouse, a dark figure, but at the same time light, walks toward the battle in a limping pace. He bears a single sword, and light chainmail on his body. Good enough to let him live. He was coming more from the southeast, from the bay. As he nears, he quickens his pace, being that he heard noise coming from the pile of rocks: the noise of fighting. You know who he is when he finds his way down into the pile. It's Nogare! Although he has only weilded a sword for a short time, he was not fearful. He was of good health, and was confident in this fight. But he had only seen a few of the enemies. He finally draws his sword, inhails hard, and yells, "For Friendship!" as he leaps into the nearest enemy - Xamnial.

OOC: Guess who's back... back again . Nogare's back... back again. (No duh.)

Yes, Alpha, I said I'd catch up to you when I could get the chance. Althoughh the worst time possible, I thought I should do it anyway - well, you told me which topic to go to, so... I'm back.

EDIT: Ok, I've edited, since you;'ve told me that you're fighting in the shrine place thing. So, yeah, I finally make sense! I hope...

As Raven walked with the group. He started thinking if he should change his look. Seeing as the Wraith guy dressed similar to him. He was also thinking how tired he was getting of sand and how it always managed to get in his shoes. When he got back to Koura's place he shook half the desert out of them.

After finally getting to the ruined shrine of spirit, he thinks about how the people who built the temple must have used long-life torches. He looks arond the place and there doesn't seem to anything special about the, once, spirit shrine and no sign of Zaris. Then, as he wonders why they came here, the wall bursts in. The last thing he saw was a chunk of stone heading straight towards him.

He awoke just in time to see all the Karkris beetles explode as they got struck by the thunder spell. Getting up and with an aching head he sees a strange mutation of snake and insect and realises who is, ultimately, behind the attack. At the moment he sees two enemies the rather obvious fifty foot snake-insect, and the man who controls it and considers the options.

If the master falls one of two things might happen: One, the snake runs away, two it becomes enraged and fights harder. If the snake falls he's most likely to contine fighting on his own, although, he might have another creature lurking somewhere.

He makes his decision and after looking for a weak spot, he runs towards the Scizorn. I really wish I had a better dagger. He then makes his cut at its underbelly and prepares to get to know what it feels like to get eaten by a giant snake-insect hybrid.

Azador quikly takes out his staff and jumps in the air, shooting a fireball at Scizorn

OOC: Good thinking Alex, but just so you all know, now Dodge Checks are going to be a bit more difficult - you must beat a 21. Sorry, but it was just too easy in the Event, and my stuff is supposed to be anything but easy.

IC:
Alex's Boomerang flies towards Scizorn, nailing it in its face (13+3[Roll+AGI]), dealing 6 DMG. His Dodge Check fails (13+3+3[Roll+INT+AGI]), but Scizorn still overshoots the Zora when it attempts to retaliate (1+9[Roll+AGI]).

Rose's Elemental Burst takes on the element of Shadow, and rips through Scizorn with great force (8+0[Roll+SPI]), dealing 11 DMG. Scizorn instantly rams into the Human (20+9[Roll+AGI]) dealing an intense 10 DMG to her as well. Continuing her attack, the sword's edge slices into the scaly skin (11+4[Roll+AGI])to take out 7 HP. Scizorn goes to pick up the Human in its mouth, but Rose manages to get away quickly enough that the attack fails (2+11[Roll+AGI]). Finally, Rose's Dodge Check is initiated, but she is unable to fully prepare against the flying serpent's speed (1+3+4[Roll+INT+AGI]).

Xamnial grins at the progress his beast is making. Turning around, however, he sees a newcomer to the battle flying towards him with great speed: Nogare. The Hylian's attack catches him off guard (12+5[Roll+AGI]) and hits the Hakiem for 8 DMG. He grimaces as the blade slices into his arm, but quickly retaliates (17+4[Roll+AGI]) with a much more powerful blow: one which takes 13 DMG from the Knight. Nogare's Dodge Check fails (6+4+5[Roll+INT+AGI]). His Disarm nearly succeeds (20+4[Roll+INT] vs. 15), but Xamnial counters with a successful Dodge Check (14+5+4[Roll+INT+AGI] vs. 21).

Raven's dagger nails Scizorn's underbelly (13+6[Roll+AGI]), dealing 7 DMG. However, the serpent is a quick one, and in a flash it has the Sheikah in its mouth (18+9[Roll+AGI]). The mouth is surprisingly dry, with no saliva or anything messy. Raven might as well have just been grabbed by some beast's claw...and then squeezed. Squeezed tightly enough to take out 10 HP.

Azador's Fire spell shoots upward and smashes into Scizorn, dealing 13 DMG to the beast. It instantly roars, informing Azador that it most certainly does not like being bombarded by fireballs. Ramming into the mage, the serpent throws him against the wall to deal 10 DMG.

Koura leaps upward, grabbing both of her Gerudo Scimitars from their sheathes on her back as her cloak slowly floats to the ground. Attempting to slice the Scizorn apart, she abruptly finds herself staring into its crimson eyes as she realizes that none of her attacks have hit (7+3[Roll+AGI]). Scizorn takes a bite out of her as well (16+9[Roll+AGI]), removing 10 HP.

"Argh!" Nogare slides back a little ways on his feet. Dust flies behind him. "Hmph. That's your all, eh? You're pathetic!" He sumersalted (OOC: Exuse spelling) forward, but instead of attacking the Haikem, he goes for the scizorn. He landed on the beast's back, beside it's master, and slit it's throat. He backflipped off the scorpion, hoping to get away from the Haikem before it attacked, and before Kasei's bomb would hit. Let's hope this dies now. I doubt it: it has strong armor, unless my eyes failed me. It wouldn't suprise me if it lived...

OOC: Finally, Nogare's fighting the way he should be - FF7 style . Maybe i'll get an RP bonus...

The bomb explodes directly against the belly of the beast (10+5[Roll+AGI]), dealing 6 DMG to Scizorn. The giant serpent roars as it feels Nogare fly onto its back, and quickly whips its body around, exposing only its hardest scales to the Vassal's attack, thereby negating any damage (4+5[Roll+AGI]). (OOC: Sorry, Nogare, but even an RP Bonus wouldn't have helped you there.)

Eyeing Kasei, it opens up the two tusks in its mouth and proceeds to slash into the demon with all of its strength (19+9[Roll+AGI]), dealing the normal 10 DMG. At the same time, its tail darts around and smashes into Nogare, taking out the same amount as well (12+9[Roll+AGI]).

Yukie flies forward...literally. He's flying. Not by his own strength, of course, but the sight of a Deku coming towards him in midair is enough to make Xamnial take a second look. Gripped tightly by Calla's talons, the Rito soars inward, trying to allow Yukie to get off a clean shot at the Hakiem. However, Xamnial reflexively somersaults backwards to avoid the twin Deku Swords (9+5[Roll+AGI]). Grinning, he prepares a new spell - one that should easily return the battle to his favor.

Raising his staff towards the ceiling, the group can see it clearly for the first time. Thin and long, it seems to be a regular old stick except for the top end. There a carved bird adorns it, and in its beak sits a bright white pearl. The pearl shines brightly as the spell is readied, and then shoots out multiple beams in all directions.

"Kakris Summoning!"

(Kakris Summoning: for each SPL given up, calls forth one Kakris Beetle.)

The beams instantly form into spheres wherever they might be at the moment. The light fades in a few seconds, revealing that twenty-four Kakris Beetles have been summoned back to battle. Xamnial has given up all but one of his SPL to summon them, and they look ready to carry out his bidding.

The Midgit did it! They always learn their little panzy computer-hacking skills and make the roll a 4 instead of 5 or above! I mean, the chances are so slim, it's not even funny! I hate all migdits, save Mini-Me! ... sorry if that came to offend people... but it's something I can blaim stuff on, you know?

IC: The once-bearer of Belegcam flies back, but lands on a boulder with one hand and both legs like a cat, and after a brief second, jumps off the wall, front-flipping, and making his feet land swiftly on the floor of the ruined shrine. I need to stop these smaller pests, so the big man isn't such a bother! He down thrusts into a Kakris's back after a mighty leap in the air. His accuracy was great, for the blade landed straight into its back.

OOC: Although it may seem like God-moding, I calculated it before hand, and my STR and AGI is better than its DEF and AGI, so I know it didn't miss. The only way it won't kill it is if I roll a 1, which I will be mad if I do...

IC: Dogura had many thoughts rushing through his mind, but the main one was to help his comrades in any way possible. "Alright." He said positionaing himself to attack. "Here we go! Namusa!" He dashed toward the Scizorn , and shoved his sword staight toward its abdominal area.

OOC: I should have read everything before i posted.

Alex finally got over the pain he felt and was ready to fight, or so he thought...
Standing up was the worst part, at every gasp he gave, his chest has hurt by his broken ribs.
Now that almost all of his spell power was gone, he couldn't cast anymore spells, so all that was left for him was the physical attacks, was it?...
A black round object zoomed across the chamber and near the Scizorn and the beetles, Alex now could only hope that his bomb would at least hurt some.
