Fang was shocked at the arrival of Wraith himself, and reccognized the great power within the man. Fang immediately understood the situation he was in, but didn't seem to care. In fact, he seemed to reccognize Wraith not as a threat, but as his future competition. Fang was set on gathering the Plyzmonian Relics. Fang seemed only to follow the group to kill as many Hakiems as possible. He had good mind to follow Noval to obliterate the strong Hakiem, that is until his ears caught wind of something that cut straight through all of his thoughts. "Triforce of Wisdom" In all of Fang's years, he had never been so close to the Triforce. With a sly grin, Fang meandered over to the group heading for the Triforce tower. "I'll accompany you. It is imperative that the Triforce... doesent fall into the wrong hands..." Fang whirled around, his black cape trailing behind him as he continued down the hallway leading to the Triforce of Wisdom.

OOC: Oh man, aren't I horrible... ...

IC: "Aye, sir!" Nogare saluted the general and took leave. He faced the others who would accompany him. I must complete my mission... I j=have made that promise, and I don't intend to fail... "Come!" Fang was already ahead of the group. Nogare came swiftly behind him.

By this time his sword was sheathed, though his right hand was at the hilt of the gilded blade, in case of a sudden attack, which was quite expected. With his left hand, he ran his fingers along the brick walls of the castle, below the blue banners that hung along the wall. The air was still and silent. Nothing could be heard but the sound of Nogare's hand sliding against the walls and boots clicking against the stone floor. Grey's Son's eyes shot from left to right, but to down, totally on guard as he went.

Alright. Let's get a move on. Leth thinks as he and his party follow Nogare through the castle. Leth, much like Nogare, made sure that he didn't drop his guard; Drommlin walked along, completely oblivious to any danger, and Karuna slowly walked behind everyone, sword ready, double checking all the shadows. I wouldn't help things if they were ambushed.

"Very well then, Sir Blade, Sir Veldam, friends. Good luck on your mission." Generals Noval and Lion salute the group as they head forward along the path that shall lead them towards the Triforce Tower. "May the goddesses be watching over you," Richarn quietly adds to his words just before Nogare's last members disappear into the next hallway they shall be traveling through.

"Well then, I suppose it is just left for us to head out to the garden," Noval says as he turns back to where his small group stands. Kamas merely nods in acknowledgment, while Calla and Koura just grin back at him. "Be on guard; there's no telling where the Hakiems will be waiting for us." As if to demonstrate the seriousness of this idea, he draws forth his own Iron Swords, letting it hang by his side as he faces the leftmost of the doors and strides towards it. Kamas follows without another word, and the Gerudo and the Rito also take on a more serious air as the three move to follow him.

Through the doorway lies another long hallway, this one with large window panes overlooking the targeted area, the Royal Gardens. The Royal Gardens had been built on a lower level from the castle, allowing them easy view of the entire area. A long river coming from a spring that fed North Lake itself ran through the area, and stone bridges stretched over in several places. A maze of large bushes, some sculpted into different forms and others left alone, lovely statues and fountains, and beautiful bunches of flowers and trees littered the region, though, so there was no way to know for certain where the Hakiem they were searching for would be. Adding in the fact that the Royal Gardens took up an amount of space about the size of the North Castle Town Square, and it was easy to see that they could be spending a great deal of time here.

Moving cautiously forward, Noval leads the way down the long, paned hallway as they head to the nearest entrance to the Royal Gardens. It takes about three minutes to reach a section of the hall with a doorway outside, which also involves a right hand turn to the left. The door is right on the edge of North Castle, nearby the wall surrounding the castle. Slowly opening up the door, Noval heads down the stone stairway beside the stone wall to the outside, ready for any surprises that may come their way . . .

OOC: Nogare's group, you'll continue in a new topic, [FoG VIII] Castle Guardians. Um, officially, everyone went with Nogare, save perhaps Denning. So . . . if somebody wants to join up with this group, and, of course, can create a backstory to explain why they're here, go right ahead.

OOC: I guess that's my cue, eh, Alpha?

Rose nodded her head. "Same to you," she said before following the others.

As Rose makes her way to the Triforce room with her chosen group, two Gerudos come up to the wall surrounding the garden.

"Why do I always have to get the boost over the wall?" Firerova said grumpily.

"Because you always claim the ladders I make are cold, and you know I can't climb up a fire ladder like you can," her twin sister, Icerova, replies.

"So, we each make our own ladder."

"Save your energy. Now get a running start."

Icerova bent at her waist slightly, interlacing her fingers. While she did this, Firerova backed up a few yards. She dashed up to her blue haired sister, the latter catching the former's foot and pushing her up. Once Icerova saw that her sister had made it over the wall, she backed up and took her own running head start. She lept at the wall, hitting it. Where her hands strike, a ladder made out of ice forms, and she quickly scurried up it. When she dropped to the other side, she saw Firerova standing still, a look of surprise on her face. "What is it?" Icerova asked.

"Them," Firerova answered, pointing out Noval, Lion, Calla, Koura, and Skye.

Icerova looked where Firerova pointed, seeing the Hylian, Zora, Rito, Gerudo, and hawk. "Damn it," she muttered in Gerudic. In Common, she says, "Um, hi. Don't mind us." She tried moving her legs, but for some reason they seemed frozen. This is why we're not usually thieves, she thought to herself.

Leth didn't notice it, but while they were walking down the hallway, Drom smirked. Slowing down, he waited until everyone was out of site before grinning and turning around to go down to the garden. heh heh heh... I cant wait to see THIS action. Man, I'm gonna get to see the generals fight! So thinking he made his way to the gardens, And climbed up a tree silently. Peering forward, he watched as the gerudos entered the scene. He wanted to see better, and leaning forward, he fell with a loud *thump* as he hit the ground. He winces, and hopes they don't see him.

Koura's twin Gerudo Scimitars flash out almost as quickly as Noval's own blade as Firerova and Icerova suddenly appear before them. The reaction comes to a halt as her brain catches up to her, recognizing them not as Hakiems but fellow Gerudo women. "Who're you two, and what the heck are you doing here?!" she yells. "Could've given me a heart att-"

Calla abruptly leaps up and clasps her hands over Koura's mouth. "Hakiems . . ." she whispers, reminding the Golden Gerudo of the fact that their enemies are nearby and can probably hear such loud shouting. Koura becomes noticeably embarrassed, and with a slow nodding of her head communicates to the Rito that she's calmed down now.

"Firerova, and Icerova, if my memory serves." Both the Gerudo and the Rito turn to glance at General Noval as he speaks. "It's been some time since I looked into the files on these two, but I recall that they have been previous companions of Lady Rose, along with a few of the others." A blink of his eyes. "Though I do not believe that Drommlin was one of these companions," he adds, glancing over just in time to see the Human falling from his hiding spot. "A pleasure to see you again, though you are a bit mistaken." Noval glances at Drom and smiles. "I highly doubt we will get in a situation that shall require Kamas to fight. So, at most, you'll only be able to see one general fighting."

"And as for you two . . ." Noval returns his attention to the two Gerudo in front of him. "What exactly is it you're doing here?"

"Well, see, it's like this..." Firerova started.

"Shut up," Icerova said, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Everytime you say that, what comes after it is an obvious lie, and you get us into even more trouble." Looking straight into Noval's eyes, she continued. "We heard..."

"Know."

"Heard that the Silver Gauntlets, an ancient Gerudo artifact, resided somewhere within the walls of this castle. We came here to see if it was true, and take them back if they were. We weren't expecting a guard in the garden, let alone one as strange as you all. You seem knowledgeable, so maybe you can tell us if this is true. If not, then sorry for our intrusion. Maybe we can repent by helping you deal with these Hakiems, whatever they are."

"I want to know if you really have files on us, and if so, why?" Firerova said immediately after Icerova is done talking. "If you really have files on us, that what are our real names?" Firerova smirked, sure that she had stumped the general.

Drommlin got up, his face intensely red. "Oh... uh... Hi?" He asks, uncertain and very sheepish. HIs eyes widen in astonishment as General Noval speaks exactly what his thoughts were, and even corrects them! Suddenly, Drom starts, and a smile spreads across his face. He tries toying with a new idea. Looking at the general, he thinks, trying to be as loud as he can with his thought, so the general could hear him, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?

As Firerova ends her own little questioning session, Noval opens his mouth so as to answer their questions - and pauses there. His gaze flickers over to Drommlin, rolling his eyes as the man simply cries out his question. An unfocused mental yell goes out in all directions, diminishing the shock value that Drom had obviously been hoping for. It is like simply yelling into the air . . . and Noval's return cry is like that, but also as if he'd also cupped his hands around his mouth to focus the cry, and then screamed it at Drom from a few inches away.

'YES, I HEAR YOU PERFECTLY.'

That done, he looks back to the Gerudo. "The Silver Gauntlets, you say? Well of course they're here -"

"They're what?!" Koura cries out from behind. "You've got one of the most powerful Gerudo artifacts just lying around in this castle?!" How infuriating! That these Hylians would take an item lost to the Gerudo for some time, and -

"Like I said, of course we do." Noval gives Koura a glare. "What did you expect the Hero of Time to have done with them after he defeated Ganon? He gained the Golden Gauntlets at that time as well, so he had no use for the Silver ones. They were turned over to the Princess Zelda, along with several of his weaker weapons at the time of his journey's completion."

Looking back to the newcomer Gerudo, he adds in, "I can put in a word for you with King Harkinian once all this is said and done, but for now there are much . . . greater concerns . . . that need to be taken care of. Any assistance you offer would be most appreciated, I assure you . . . and certainly will not go unnoticed by the King." He chooses not to explain the situation unless and until they reply affirmatively; best not to get anyone involved with the Hakiems if it is not necessary.

That said, his eyes turn to the area beyond the two sisters, where the group had been walking towards before the little interruption. Striding forward, he marches between the sisters, casually commenting as he passes them, "Haru and Sheena Veilmist."

A stupified look appeared over Firerova's face as she pointed at Noval as he passed. She tried to say something, but no sound would escape her mouth. Icerova ignored her, taking up a stride to match that of the Hylian that had just passed them. "I'll be glad to help in any way possible. As will my sister." She looked over her shoulder and glared at Firerova before she could argue.

"Well, I'll help if I don't get in trouble for this," she muttered. "And since you were so kind to introduce us to everyone, why don't you introduce everyone else to us?"

OOC: Drom is a twelve year old boy, not a man.

IC: General Noval's 'comment' thunders through Drom's head with the force of a freight train. Drom steps back, and falls down on the ground. After about thirty seconds, he gets back up, and thinks, quietly this time, You gotta teach me how to do that. Read minds, I mean.

OOC: *Blink-blink* He is? Oh, okay. Whatever.

IC:
'Trust me, Drommlin, these ability do come with a high price. I am sure that if you ever get the full explanation you'll understand why,' Noval thinks back to Drom in a manner and tone that suggest that this conversation is finished as far as he is concerned. Instead, he bows to the two Veilmist sisters, opting to answer their statements. "We are honored to have your assistance. I am General Richarn Noval of the Hylian Knights. The Zora is also a general of the Knights, by the name of Kamas Lion."

Looking behind him, he holds out his hands and motions to each of his companions in turn. "This is Lady Koura, also of the Gerudo people. Calla, our young Rito friend and Koura's young ally in fighting. And finally, our friend Drommlin, who appears to have broken away from the group he originally chose to come join ours." He chuckles at the thought. "There are many others traversing the castle at this moment; several former allies of yours are among them.

"Our quest at the moment is to find the man somewhere in this garden who holds a key. We'll be needing the key in order to proceed in our quest."

Icerova nodded her head. From behind her, Firerova (rather idiotically) said, "Well, that doesn't sound too hard."

Her sister sighed. "You don't learn, don't you? If it sounds easy in words, it is usually hard to act upon. If it sounds hard in words, it is usually hard to act upon. Rarely is anything as easy as it sounds."

"One of these days, something is going to be as easy as it sounds. And then I'm going to laugh at you."

"That already happened. You made it hard."

"Oh. Yeah." Firerova winced at a memory from long ago. "Well, what do you know about this man who has this key you want?"

"Uh... I think he, or she, is a kind of Sheikah. I could be wrong, though." Drom says hesitantly. "Mr. Mind reading General here could probably tell you better than I could, though." He turns expectantly towards general Noval, waiting for an answer.
