OOC: Link...HNS won last month...he can't win this month....also, please state your reasons, not just chanting HNS....really...

I nominate Tayro. He has amazing posts, with great length and still gets quite a few up every day. He has been inactive for a while but has recently returned, and hasn't disappointed.

(((OOC: Yes please give reasons, votes like that can ruin the entire system... Plus does scrapping ones storyline count as a good thing?)))

Okay, I'm going to have to go with Tayro. His plot is readily developing, and things are getting interesting. I mean, a plot including going into Alpha's mind? Awesome. Plus, he's been pretty active recently, despite his massive posts, even though he left for a while. We're glad to have him back and so far his recent posts have been astonishingly good.

One of the main reasons that I'm going with Tayro is that he doesn't just work hard on his own storyline. Every RPer does join other people's stories, but he brings it to an entirely new level. ALL of his posts, no matter where they are done are of exceeding quality AND quantity. Plus, he likes to make joint plots and private two person plots that give color to the RP.

I'm kind of sad that I can only make one choice though. For some reason, this month has been a blessed month for those of us that like to read posts of outstanding quality. If I couldn't support Dream Illusionist, I would go with Blank. His posts have skill, plus they're as funny as hell. Keep up the good work man, but I'm still voting for Tayro.

Only one thing dissapoints me this month. Where the hell is Alpha?! :P

Anyways, my support is Tayro all the way, and I think this might neccesitate an advertising campaign. Time to head over to AIM  . Go for the win!

Hmm... While it was an extremely tough choice between Saber, Blank, and Pabru... I'm going to have to place my vote on Pabru!

1. Pabru showed an amazing display of Role Playing skills in TotD2 and has continued that effort in TotD3 thus far.

2. I'm punishing Blank for being away so long for Canada Day
:)

Woo! I missed voting for this thing while I was absent! It's so interesting and easy, and awesome, and always very simple to choose and pinpoint every reason. Like, it's never a tough choice, with many possibilities for each month! It's really easy - like only one person deserves the prize...

NOT

Phew. I've been delaying my vote for almost 24 hours as I tried to decide on who to vote this month. This time it was full with fierce competitors (like pretty much any time), and to decide was not simple at all. I had to go and check my three vote candidates (Yes. Three.) 's every posts, and even then I wasn't satisfied. I searched storyline development, interesting plots, participation in other stories... and after an intense debate... I made up my mind. So, to be evil and write an enormous post to fill you all with terrible envy... I'll speak up all the three candidates' positions and why they were chosen, either for their three top places, or why they did/didn't get first place. All right everyone! Let's begin!

Third Place goes to Sabertache. Joining somewhat recently (in comparison to me, I mean), it was immediately noticed what great development was made in his posting quality and quantity. He participated in many storylines, all showing his good-hearted mercenary's will and silly clumsiness... and also his deeper feelings in his own storyline. I found myself laughing at many of his character's funny actions and comical thoughts and narrations, and it made every post very interesting to read. Another good point was that already he is developing an Event, something I wouldn't even dare doing now. What brought him down to a third place was the determination of his 'senpai's. Continue like this, and who knows? Quite probably, my vote next month will be for you!

Oh, and Naina said she'll have her eyes on you. (Two puns inside. Try finding out. :P)

Second Place goes to Blank. We all know our cheerful Nomad with his deep Moblin-hatred. And who knows not about Carock's Apostles, and their Cursed opponents? Needless to describe how amazing his posts are, how funny he can make his character be, and how Mystifying he can describe the setting and the characters' feelings. Portraying thoughts and feelings so clearly on text, something to admire on. Storyline-wise, as Hi no Seijin already reported, he managed to finish so greatly Chapter 2, the Assassins' threads, and how intricate his plans can be. It's like I can feel The Youth's Decision and A Deal in the Dark calling for me. (Be there as soon as I finish this!) Interesting characters, intense plots, and sheer awesomeness got you here, and no doubt that you'll win many more prizes from this thread :P

Just not this month as what I'm concerned. I know your efforts have been grand... though I think the one in first place was more interested in HA2 this last month. But, I'll go into that in a jiffy. After a long time deciding, you got second place. Oh, and you could also consider this your punishment.(J/K)

So, finally... the First Place. And the Victor is... (no, not KP)

Pabru, and his character Pyralin. His posts his month showed a great jump in development, and he's been actively participating in a limitless amount of storylines, all with excellent posting, forcing us poor topic-starters into replying countless times. (Don't stop - it's good!) Interesting plots, good starts and great participation award you the first place in my book. I expect an awesome storyline from your part, you hear? You better not disappoint me, or you know what the Nightmares can do. :P

Oh, just one thing. Emily is mine! Get your grubby hands off of her. I created her, and I CLAIMED her, so you better not come up with futile attempts! (Inside Joke)

Resuming:

First Place: Pabru
Second Place: Blank
Third Place: Sabertache

Thanks a lot guys, I'm glad I'm in the running, and unlike HNS am NOT going to use this as an oppurtunity to take a break from HA2 :P . Back to work for me!

Poo, only third place? Ah well, I really haven't been at my best lately, I've been stressed and short on time. Besides, so many others deserve it more, I just hope I win before Alpha is back in the running or I'll have to wait even longer to win :)

Also, Tayro, let Naina know she can look all she wants

It isn't so much that I won last month's RPer of the Month Award. It's more of a mixture of family being down for the next week and writer's block. I am working on finishing up DG, and Fighting Fate and Rescue in Ruto should be up soon.

Well, it's been a long grueling contest, and now having given up on that thin wafer of hope for winning this month's title (thanks anyway, HNS), I've decided it's my turn to vote. Here goes.

This month was really tough. Honestly, I was happy that Zelda Veteran, Alpha and Hi no Seijin were ineligible; it'd take a lot of thought to consider those three on top of the other three I had in mind.

These three, of course, were Sabertache, Pabru (Pyre) and Dream Illusionist (Tayro). Three of the best Rpers I have ever written with, as I'm sure all of you (or at least most of you) would agree. And so, it was very, very tough to decide on a winner, or to even narrow it down.

As for narrowing it down, I have to exclude Saber from my vote. Although he is probably the most well-spoken, creative and enticing new member of all time, with posts as interesting as they are lengthy, my sights were set on the others. Saber's character is one that I find particularly interesting, as in a sense he reminds me of myself, and in that regard, of Victor. That whole “How did I manage ti get involved in this?” type of outlook. It makes a character funny. In Another Cornered Moblin, I had him pitted against a furious Goron, and that was the exact attitude he showed. It was the perfect way to make a serious battle a well-laid comedy, which is always something I'm interested in.

Next down the line is Pyralin. His posts lately have shown expert improvement, and he can be quite funny himself. I recall in the Twilight Guardians: Accusations topic he Rped himself asking a vendor for directions on the route of the Guardians. Tayro was described as a bratty little kid, and Rose as a some stupid lady. It was hard to contain the laughter, so I didn't even try. Congratulations Pyre on successfully making me laugh ^_^ Although, as we know, laughter is medicine, not Monthly RPing Award PWNage ^_^

Which brings me to Tayro. Let me be the first to congratulate you, Junior Mage. Your long posts (that sometimes take forever for you to post  ) are always worth reading, and I actually find myself rushing to my profile to warp to TYD or across North Forest to Catastrophe Strikes to catch it as quick as possible. Your great care in expressing quality is something that all Rpers must strive for, no matter how long it takes to achieve such quality. We often overlook posts like yours as being the core of expert writing, and so I'm happy to hand the golden TP over to you. You earned it, #51 :P

The End!

Woooooo Tayro ftw! First of all, you almost got beaten for the longest vote post ever :P . By Blank at that. Double :P . Second, if anyone deserves this its you, so I'm happy for the conclusion of this long voting month, even though I didn't win (runner up!). Third, I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but Emily is MINE!

Once again, congratz.

Wow, nice to see we had a fierce competition going for June's RPer of the Month while I was away! My only regret is that I wasn't here to see this momentous voting battle take place at the time. Well, HNS, Alpha, and Dogura were the ineligible ones this month. With that said, let's see who we've got thus far, and if there's a winner among these choices yet!

Hmmm...

Blank- Neglected TotD.
KamakaziPlumber- Not active
Pabru- not active, neglected TotD.
Saber- YES!!

Saber has my vote.

1. His posts are always beautifully written, and always awesome to read.

2. Even though he was so exhausted, he managed to type up a beautiful intro post to "Finally in motion" which a lot of you have neglected XD

3. His story keeps getting deeper and deeper, and I'm being drawn into it! In the midsts of staying within everyone's topics, he manages to keep his own story going strong!

4. Saber is younger than most of us here! How old are you dude, 14, 15? You're still better at this stuff than me! XD

Saber for July! :D

Motion seconded. Saber is win.

Sorry, that sounded stupid  Here's a real vote ^_^

Ahem! I'm going to have to agree with Zelda Veteran, who, despite holding against me my own laziness with TotD, has been quite lazy himself :P (There's a reason I make people read CGG!) Anyway, him voting for Saber is absolutely the best choice.

In fact, I can't believe Saber hasn't won this award before! He joined in February, and I believe we got him posting in March. And it's been all amazingly uphill since then. I'm glad he was bored one night and asked me to start Another Explosive Incident as a means of entertaining him, because it let me see how incredible an RPer he is to have around!

And his own story! It's one of the more unique things I've seen during my time here, what with finding evidence and interrogating. And he gave me the perfect opportunity to start Blank's character development. I Can't ask for more out of the guy: good spelling, grammar, story, length (which scares me, because with long posts like that, he'll never lose a nomination!), and intrigue. It's been interesting to RP alongside him, to say the least. Even if has only been in my story, HNS's story and his own.

I'm cheering for you, Saber, as you made old KP come out from hibernation and actually post somewhere that isn't situated far below the ground ^_^ You've earned this award, Saber :D

...

Wow. I go on vacation over the weekend and I return to this? :o I gotta get out more often...Two votes...dang, I haven't even gotten one vote before. Thanks guys! I almost feel bad for being mad at Blank's torture of Saber...Anyways, on with my analysis. (I'ma gonna steal ZV's format, if it's okay with him  )

Blank=Torturing Saber  However...personal vendetta aside...definitely one of the best.
ZV=Hmm...can't think of anything witty. :roll:Great posts though.
Pabru=He's 'taking a break' or so he told me.
KamakaziPlumber=Only active in my story for the shiny TP, and still takes forever...Great posts and personality though.
Alpha=illegible
HNS=illegible

Alright. So in a more detailed breakdown:

This has been *another* hard month to choose. Thank God that Alpha, HNS, and Tayro or out of it, or it would have been even HARDER. Anyways, I haven't been too active lately due to the long trip, only squeezing out one (much appreciated by ZV, apparently  ) post over four days. I'm actually kind of glad that Pabru's on a break, that makes voting easier, and narrows it down to three--ZV, KP, and Blank.

ZV is a great poster, and one of the most active posters for sure. His trio of main characters (even though two are NPCs, I consider them mains since they are used so often) are amusing and colorful, and add a lot to the mood of whatever thread we're in. The only problem with that is that it's hell to have to seperate their conversations and actions into story form in JaR. :( Speaking of JaR, he was one of the first people to join (If late :? ) and helped move it along dramatically, giving me more freedom to explore the intricacies of Sabertache and bring out some of his deeper qualities and thoughts. For that I am grateful.

KP...KP is...interesting. He entered my dead serious storyline and brought humor to it with his comical misconceptions. His posts are always great to read, and whenever I am feeling sad, reading CGG brightens up my day by seeing how much worse he had it. He helped me a great deal in setting up JaR, something I am also grateful for, and his own dungeon is looking extremely interesting, even if I'm not getting the chance to participate in it. However, he has also been inactive except for a few choice threads, which is the only negative thing I can think about.

Blank is amazing. His posts are always great and lengthy, and he stays truer to his character than just about anyone else I can think of on here. (KP wins that award though, definitely) He brought his alcoholic creation into JaR and finally accomplished what no man has accomplished before--He stopped the damn innkeeper. I am so very very glad that I picked him to entertain me, as Another Cornered Moblin has been a great experience, my first time RPing with Blank and Alpha, and what a time it has been.

So then...let's see...my winner is...

BURANKU!!!!!

Yeah, anyways, KP was just too inactive, and ZV's posts were just a tad behind Blank's. Anyways, ZV won not too long ago whereas Blank hasn't, so...Yeah.

I appreciate all three of you participating in JaR, by the way, keep it up.

Anyways, I was going to try and finally get some sleep today, but it's Dad's birthday and I have to go blow up a 72-pack of balloons

Why is it that you think only five people are worthy of it, and two of those people are illegible. Well, I have news for you. There are people who have been working insanely hard that are not on that list.

So I have began to compile a list of my own. I will be giving my vote to the one who has improved the most during the month, after all, if it didn't work that way, the same handful of people would win, over and over, and over again, which has been happening. I will be doing this by knocking out people as the list goes down, and I shall eventually arrive at my winner. Also, I plan to judge activity and hard work as well, but improvement is definitely the most important point(MIP).

(1) Alpha - he is out because he is illegible
(2) HNS - out because he is illegible
(3) Tayro(even though he has been working hard)- he is out because he is illegible
(4) KP- not active enough, and hasn't gotten any better at all over the month(no offense)
(5)Pabru- not active enough, and minimal growth
(6)Blank- minimal growth
(7)Sovelis(sorry buddy) -minimal growth, and could try a lot harder(no offense)
(8)ZV- Minimal Growth
(9)Kasei -working hard, great growth, and excellent activity, however, the other two that come after you have just got you beat in all categories
(10)Saber-as I said, you have been working hard, fairly good growth, and your activity is off the wall(but you can't forget about the topic with me, you, and Leth, one south of the Tantari Cafe)
(11, and the winner of my vote)Worru- he has been working very hard, and he has made excellent growth. His activity is doing well also. I noticed you guys were wondering why Saber hadn't won once, especially since he's been her since February. Well, Worru has been here as long and if not longer. He is the one who deserves to win this months award.

So, if you guys didn't get that list. Third top was Kasei, second was Saber, and my vote went to Worru.

EDIT: After much thought, and Worru told me not to vote for him, I cancel Worru out of the list, and put Kasei in his place.
