The city of New Peaktop is interestingly designed in that, as a tower, only the bottom floor is accessible to those races "cursed" (as the Rito would see it) without a chance to gain wings. The second and above floors, stretching all the way to the heavens, therefore are only available to those who can fly to them. The bottom floor-the Town Square-however, more than makes up for the denial of exploration, thus being packed with merchants from all the far-flung Rito colonies, as well as many exclusive items that could be crafted only by Rito hands.

Pende gazed up at the unexplorable floors, trying to strecth his neck up to reach them. But it was futile.

'Perhaps one day, I'll have enoguh money to pay a rito to carry me up there....'

Pende wondered for a while, but then went to rejoin the merchants.

Pende grabbed a turkey wing from Denning and used his vines to rip a very small piece of meat off and put it in his mouth, seeing as he didn't reallly have jaws to chew with, he just let it go down his trought, seeing if it was any good.

As Alpha walks up to New Peaktop and gazes at it for the first time in his life. "Very impressive," he mutters to himself. "It truly is a grand structure." As he continues on the path, he looks up to see the second floor of the tower. He stares at it for a few seconds, then smirks at a thought he's had. 'I wonder if I could jump that? Possibly...though better safe than sorry.' Choosing not to risk it, he continues into the Town Square.

Well, so these are the Rito! They bear a nobility and grace that I envy, as much as I envy their wings! Cousin Archmage would like me to send him as much information as I can about them. He only had a very few chances to interact with them...

Malciore walks up to Alpha. "Hey, think you can jump up there?" Malciore backs up a few spaces. "Don't know if you don't try!" Malciore ran, then launched himselve in the air trying to make it to at least the third story. But Malciore missed and he hit his head on the ground PDH (pretty damn hard). Blood flew into the air as Malciore's skull hit the ground.
'Someone want to help? I'm about to black out." Malciore said, trying to make a joke out of this situation. (OOC: Even though there is noting funny about getting your skull smashed in two... I should know, I broke my wrist a few weeks back."

"Well,there's a lot of reasons,but the first and most important one is that your hooks could fall off,the ropes snap in half,or the ladders get accidentally knocked down,then your chances of survival are down to nothing.Or worse,you might even fall off the Highlands and fall into the desert below.If that happens,your "the bag said cooly.
