Best Villain Ever? Nominations.

I'm kind of creating this based off MagmarFire's poll.  Who do you think is the best villain of all?  In games or movies, you decide.

As for me, my favorite falls down to Kefka from FFVI.  He had a cool laugh, and a really good motivation for wanting to destroy the world.  And having played VI, it seems like a few villains from other Final Fantasys stem from him.  Examples that come to my mind are Sephiroth and Vayne.

Emperor Palpatine (aka Darth Sidious) from the Star Wars saga.

"Everything that has transpired has done so according to my design." It perfectly sums up the whole thing, doesn't it?

And a comedy vote for Dr. Nefarious. Because he's just so friggin' awesome in so many ways.

Okay, my serious vote goes to Emperor Palpatine. I mean, if you watch all the Star Wars movies, he is just so sheerly evil it mkaes me giddy.

For a comedic vote, I vote for Supreme Executive Chairman Drek. He was pretty goofy for a vilian. Like Nefarious, only fleshy.

I'm gonna have to say Davey Jones from Pirates of the caribbean, that guy was a demon, literaly, lol.
