There's nothing wrong with having an excellent attidtude on life.  Because let's face it, when Hyrule (or Termina or Labrynna) is in trouble, Tingle is always showing his quirky side.  He never loses hope.  Despite all of the odds (moon falling, Veran changing the flow of time, etc.), he still has the strength of character to follow his dreams, and not many people can say that.

I think that the Links should have left him under the rock because, if they did, Tingle wouldn't try to take my force gems.

Tingle taking your Force Gems make the game challenging.  And what's a game without a challege.  What's that old saying?  If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.  There really is no point in playing a game if all you want from it is to be easy so you can kill time without getting frustrated.

Getting back to Tingle, he only comes and takes them when something knocks Link and scatters the gems.  Then it's a free-for-all between the players.  In case you forgot, Four Swords and Four Swords Adventures are multi-player games that encourage cooperation as much as competition.  And from what I understand, Tingle does not come down and knocks into Link himself.

First off, people can look young for their age (i.e., Tingle's father).  Second, just because Tingle has what some will call odd behavior doesn't mean he's on drugs.  We're all quirky in our own ways, so if you hate Tingle because of that, then you might as well say you hate everyone.

Tingle charges WAY too much for stuff life disiphering maps, with prices like that, no wonder no one goes to him.

One word:  monopoly.  Another few words:  specialist fee.  Also, you find rupees everywhere.  Cut down some grass, break a few pots, kill a few monsters.  Well, what do you know?  You get rupees.  It's not that hard.  And it's not like you can take the rupees out of the game and spend them in real life.

It still is too much money.   Anyway, when Link was about to free him from his cell, he talks to him, and then said he was mean for not letting him out before Link can even do anything. I'm I would let him out, but not if he's going to have an attitude!
