As the title says, "what happened to Navi" ???? On Desert Collosus "Ask Ezlo" it said that that she got a job at the local Denny's as a waitress?

My real Poison team in BW2. They all have perfect natures and EV's. I went the extra distance and bred the right IV's into them. Come at me bro.

I reckon that when Link returned Navi realised that Link would need to leave Hyrule. As Link effectivly had a version of himself fighting seven years in the future, if he was around at the same time as himself this would cause all kinds of problems with the time stream (eg link would be guided by link but never actually met him in the previous time travelling affair but did in this version setting up multiple time streams...ect...) so Navi leaves Hyurule to make sure Link isn't tempted to stay and mess up time in Hyrule.

Perhaps... I'm not sure but their is a chance that Navi knew and did what she did to help Link. It's just a theory ( and an unlikley one at that...) but you never know. ;)

Knowing Tingle he probably would have enjoyed it... And you just know he would have found something to do that would irritate us in those sewers. ( perhaps train all the rats to dress like him and build a Tingle army.) As for Navi I always felt that the change from Navi to Tatl in Majoras mask was very funny. Though I did miss having a fairy companion in Wind waker. ( don't ask me why. I survived fine without one in Alttp...)
