Cloud has extreme trouble holding back his laughter. Cloud moved on to Link.

Hmm, what can i do to him? Any suggestions? Cloud asked, whispering, as not to wake up Link.

"I have a suggestion cloud! Grow up."

Denning walks over to cloud with anger in his eyes.

"We will have to work together, so we will put aside any negative feeling twords each other, got it?"

kasei wakes up, then notices the cream on his face... cloud!

Cloud stands up and faces Denning.

I'll have you know I am a mature adu-

Cloud heard Kasei yell his name and ran off before Kasei could kill him.

Shada giggles through the whole event, while Alpha joins Denning in wondering what the heck is wrong with these people...

Closest to beyond the eye?

"Is it like... 'Ek Harrrn e ter Rrron'?" asks Arco. "Home is where the heart is?" He brushes an imaginary speck of dust off the parchment.

Only... what's the 'home,' here?

You manage to overhear Arco's comment. Due to the Sheikah's history, and the extended 'r' sound, you assume that he's speaking in Goronic. "Is...what...like 'Home is where the heart is?'" asks Alpha, who appears to have also heard the bard's comment.

Lady Rose chuckled at Cloud's antics along with Shada. At least he's serious in a fight, she thinks to herself. She then turns towards Arco. "Home is where the heart is," she replies. "I suppose that's why I became a Ranger. I can't call any town in Hyrule my home."

Arco nods and shakes his head simultaneously, a vague gesture of confusal. He then sets the parchment on the ground, a nonverbal equivalent of a sigh.

Regarding the "Ranger" comment, he nods again and lets out a little, "I see."

But that's not what I was talking about... maybe I'll... hush... hush up until... well, right...

Raven let's out a disgruntled sigh. All of the yelling caused him to drop his dagger - which he pulls out of the ground and considers throwing at one of them - and then goes back to throwing it in the air.

'Speaking literally closest thing beyond the eye, is yer nose. But that don't help.' Raven says, apparently thinking aloud.

Victor had stayed silent since introducing himself to Lady Rose, choosing to chew over what the others were considering silently. However, it seemed that, no matter what the others thought up, they never got too close to the actual answer. Not to mention the various distractions that caused them all to lose focus temporarily. Still, when the last line of the riddle was brought up, the Bard couldn't help but speak his mind.

"Hmm... well, I highly doubt we'll find Zaris in a nose of some sort, but you never know. But the first thing I think of when I hear 'beyond the eye' is something that you can't see. Although, someone would have to be able to see it, considering we'd have to look for it in order to find Zaris in the first place. Maybe it's some kind of special place that only certain people can see? Though, I don't know any place like that..."

Victor then looked up from the flames before him and fixed his gaze upon the others, waiting for a response to his reasoning...

Cloud nodded towards Victor.

Does anyone know the saying "The eyes are a window into the soul"? Mybe "Beyond the worlds eye" would be the worlds soul. But the earth does not live. It has no soul.

OOC: Check to see if you're still watching it, Victor. A few days ago I discovered, to my shock, that I had mysteriously stopped watching Blank's CGG topic...and you know I'd never stop watching that one!

You see Alpha's shoulders sag, apparently in relief. It does seem nice that Cloud appears to finally be taking this seriously. You look around as Shada comments on the bard's comment. "As much sense as that makes, Victor, I'm in the dark about that too." She stops as a thought appears to hit her. "...Well...could he have some sort of access to another, like...reality?"

Alpha shakes his head, a clear 'no' as far as you are concerned. "He never did anything like that when I was with him, and trust me, if he had access to a place where he thought he could get away from anybody, he'd have taken it. If for nothing more than a single night that he could get a restful eight hours of sleep." Shada slowly consents to that fact, leaving you with the idea that that possibility is more than likely an impossibility.

"Well Cloud," Alpha says in response to his words, "it doesn't say anything about the world's eye, just 'the eye'. Though what he means by that I'm not sure. You could be onto something," he concludes with a respectful nod.

"Well, I don't know about the world's eye or any eye but my own," Lady Rose said, "but for once I disagree with you, Cloud. The earth does have a soul. You just have to be in tune with nature to sense it."

If this does mean a soul, then wouldn't that mean to say we have to look for a soul? Of a dead person perhaps.

It was painfully obvious that Cloud was thinking the person they were looking for was dead.

And if it is a soul, or a ghost, then it would have unfinished business on earth. That is the reason some spirits do not move to the afterlife.
