<img src="images/npcs/anju.gif" align="right">A bell rings as you step into the lobby of the much-famed and much-beloved Stock Pot Inn. A woman with red hair and a shining smile greets you from her place behind the desk. “Hello there! Can I get you a room?”

Rugger stands there, and does not remove his hood. In fact he keeps his head down making it impossible for anyone to see his face. His arms crossed inside his robes and his mind rushes through emotions.

'My goddess, she is just as beautiful as she was a year ago. Why did I come here?'

"Umm, yes my...uh...lady. I would...like to ask you...umm for a room."

"AH I remamber this place, I lived and worked here, but it seems its under new managment, beautiful maigmenty at that."

"Perhaps, what're you charging?"

Pende is a greedy little fellow. Darilan feels that it would be nice, and helpful to Pende's addiction to money, for him to pay for Pende's stay. The monster could use some kindness. It could bring out a little more in him. "Say, I would like to stay here. I will cover the Deku's cost as well."

Pende was a bit shocked that a stranger would offer to pay his fee for him. He didn't know why he did it, but free is free, so it was best not to think about it too much. Pende hoped that the inn offered room service, for he could get as much free stuff as he could stomach! Still, he didn't want to think he owed anything to someone; Pende wanted to recive this as a trade rather than a favor.

"Why...thank you. Uh, as a reward for this gesture, I'll give you a special small discount on on (all? No, of course not) some of the items I'll be selling. But for for this first sale, I'll give a 25% discount. Um, lets see, I have a deku staff here, which I'll sell for a low price of six rupees. That is only 3/4 of the price they charge at the North Castle. Quite a bargain."

"That won't be nescessary," Darilan says with a faint smile. He knew investing in such a poor item would be a waste sell it in the future. However... he could sell it back to the shop for what he payed for it when he got it from Pende. "25% discount, eh? I think I will take it."[/i]

Pende hands the staff to the charitable person.

"There you go, that'll be six rupees."

"Very well, it is done." Darilan tosses six rupees to the Deku.

Pende was filled with much joy to see the glittering rupees.

"Thank you very much! I'll try to make sure to sell you items for a good amount."

Pende bent down and greedily collected the rupees, then stuffed them into his robe.

Grenada walks in just in time to see Pende snatching up the rupees greedily. He shakes his head and walks from the opening of the door. "Hey Ideyotashi, nice seeing you here. Who's your..." He looks high up toward the tall man's face with a nervous look "ummm, friend?"

(In deku):"Don't know Grenada, but he let me stay in this inn for free, so he is a good guy in my book." pende turns to the charitable stranger.
(In Common):"Say sir, what was your name again?"

"Darilan. Darilan Somstren."

"Hey Darilan, nice to meet ya. My good buddy here says you are a good guy. Are you? Wait..." He holds up his arms and waves them slowly back and forth in a crossing pattern "You're tall and could stomp me with no effort so I'll just climb on up here..." he says as he climbs onto a chair, taking close to 10 seconds and what looks to be a lot of effort "That's much better. Where were we?" He rubs his chin thinking and then suddenly remembers "Ah I remember now... Are you?" He stands on the chair attempting to make himself seem taller, only reaching about 4.5 ft of total height.

Darilan feels awkward standing there as the little Deku struggles to get to a higher level.

"Where were we?" asked the Deku. "Ah, I remember now..."

"Am I a good guy?" Darilan replies. "Mister Grenada, I have promised my life to the country created by the Goddesses, so yes, I am a 'good guy.'
