Bomber's Notebook

Here is a descriptive guide that will explain how to solve the dilemmas of every character as recorded in the game's Bomber's Notebook. A special thanks goes out to Whocares who wrote this guide for TDC.

The Bombers
This is simple, remember the password you got when you were a Deku that lets you into the Astral Observatory? Tell it to the kid and he'll let you in. When you leave, their leader will come and give you the notebook. Also, you already played hide and seek with them, so they're done.

Anju and Kafei

Curiosity Shop Owner
You must have done the Old Lady from the Bomb Shop's assignment and have the 500 rupee wallet with 500 rupees in it. On the night of the last day, you have to go to the Curiosity Shop and buy the all night mask from him. Taken care of.

Old Lady from the Bomb Shop
At the night of the first day, go to North Clocktown and wait until an old lady appears around midnight. Suddenly, Sakon the Thief will appear and steal her bag of bomb bags. Just slash Sakon with your sword and he'll drop the bag. The old lady will give you the Bomb Mask and now you can buy Big Bomb Bags! Score!

Romani
Go to Milk Road on the first day and use a powder keg on the big boulder. Follow the path that's now open and you'll be in Romani Ranch. Speak to the girl that looks like a younger Malon. Take this test of hers and you have to run around the ranch on Epona and shoot this balloons with your arrows. If you make it in less than two minutes, you'll get Epona and Epona's Song. She'll tell you about these alien/ghost thigs and to come to the ranch at 1:30 AM. Do so and she'll tell you to protect her and the cows with arrows.
Before 2:39 AM, like by a few seconds, slow down time and put on the Bunny Hood (if you have it, see Grog's assignment for details.). Then at 2:30, those things will come. Just run around the barn while shooting them with arrows. Don't let any of them get to the barn. It will be easy because you slowed down time, meaning they are moving 1 inch per hour. Once you're done, Romani will give you a bottle full of milk. She's done.

Cremia
You must have done Romani's assignment first to do this. On the dawn of the second day, go to the barn and you'll find Cremia (older sister of Romani) milking a cow. She'll tell you she's leaving at 6:00 PM and you can join her. Go forward in time to that moment and speak to her when you see her in a wagon full of milk. When she asks you to get on the wagon, say yes. She'll tell you a bunch of nonsense, then suddenly you'll find the road's blocked. You'll have to detour through the Gorman Brothers' Track. You'll have to take out your bow, because some thiefs will come, riding on horses, and they're trying to steal the milk! Just shoot them to keep as much milk safe as possible. You only need on carton of milk to survive. Once you're done, Cremia will give you the Romani Mask. Done.

Mayor Dotour
You must have completed Anju and Kafei's assignment first, though you can go back in time to do this. Go to the mayors office at 10:00 AM on the first or second day and take a left. You'll find a fight between the guards and carpenters and the mayor is stuck in the middle. Speak to him wearing the Couple's Mask and you'll get a Piece of Heart.

Madame Aroma
At 10:00 AM of the first day, go to the mayor's office and take a right. You'll find Madame Aroma. Speak to her and you'll get the Kafei Mask. Go through Anju and Kafei's assignment 'till you get to the point when you get the letter to mama. Go to the milk bar on the night of the last day and you'll find her there. Give her the letter and she'll give you a bottle.

Toto and the Gorman
You must have the Deku Mask, Goron Mask, and Zora's Mask to do this. Go to the milk bar on the night of either the first or second day and you'll find the two there. Speak to Toto, he's the Zora, and he'll ask you to perform on the stage. Do this and then do it in all the mask forms and the Gorman will give you the Gorman Mask.

Postman
Go to the postman's office at 6:00 AM and speak to the postman. Take his challenge, but before you do this, put on the Bunny Hood. The challenge is to press the A button after exactly ten seconds. If you wear the Bunny Hood, the timer will stay at ten the whole time. It didn't work on me, but maybe because I did it on the gamecube. Go through Anju and Kafei's notebook assignment 'till you reach the letter I mentioned earlier. Give it to the postman instead and he'll give it to Madame Aroma. She's worried about him and orders him to flee the city for his protction. You'll meet him outside the milk bar and he'll give you the Postman's Hat.

Rosa Sisters
To complete this, you must do Kamaro's assignment too. At the night of either of the first two days, just wear the Kamaro Mask and dance in front of them. You'll get a piece of heart.

???
Know idea who he is, but he's a hand in a toilet? At midnight of any day, give him some paper ( the land deeds and the letters in the Anju Kafei assignment wotk) and you'll get a piece of heart.

Anju's Grandother
You must have the All-Night Mask for this. Just wear the mask and listen to a story and answer her question the right way to get a piece of heart.

Kamaro
Exit Clock Town through the north gate and climb on top of the fence. Jump to the mushroom thing with the circle of rocks on it and wait till midnight. A ghost will appear and dance. Speak to him, you're done. Also, play the song of healing and you'll get the Kamaro Mask, and he'll disappear.

Grog
Go to Romani Ranch any time, but I prefer the third day because you can go to the ranch without having to worry the about the boulder. Go to the cucco hut and put on the Bremen Mask (see the assignment of Guru-Guru for details) and walk around so that all the chickens will follow you. They will grow up, and you'll get the Bunny Hood.

Gorman Brothers
You must have Epona before you do this. Ride to the Gorman Brother's Track and challenge them to a race. You'll have to beat them in a horse riding contest riding Epona. Win, and you'll get the Garo Mask.

Shiro
Must have Epona, the Lens of Truth, and a red potion with you. Go to Ikana valley and, after you jump the second fence, put on the lens. You'll see a fallen guard. Give him the red potion and you'll receive the Stone Mask.

Guru-Guru
Go to the Laundry Pool on the night of either the first or second day and speak to Guru-Guru. After a long conversation, you'll receive the Bremen Mask. You can't do it in Deku form, though.
