Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess
Walkthrough — XIV. City in the Sky

Once you've landed and Ooccoo has left you, head west to the shop to speak with her one last time (she'll join you as per usual) and then take the opportunity to stock up with some needed consumer goods. Leave the shop and head north to the large gate. Use the Bow on the crystal switch above the gate to open the way north.

In the next room, grab an Oocca and glide north to the blocks across the gap. Avoid the blue blocks because they'll fall out from under you. Take out the Helmasaurs and continue north until you reach the door. Head through there.

Here take out the large Helmasaur with a little bit of bull fighting finesse. Let it charge you and then roll aside and follow it to attack its rear. Unfortunately you cannot rip the helm off of these. Nevertheless, head up the stairs and grab an Oocca and leap off the ledge to the door on the east wall. Head through the door.

Back outside, round the wall to the south and use the Claw-shot on the vines to cross the chasm. Here use the Spinner in the socket on the floor and rev it up to extend a bridge. Cross the bridge with your Boots attached (so you don't get blown off the span) and go through the door on the opposite side.

Use the Claw-shot on one of the right target on the ceiling to lower yourself down to the chest where a small key awaits. Double back to the room where you fought the large Helmasaur (say goodbye to that new bridge, by the way). In the big room, head through the west door to find another chasm between two buildings. Round the wall to the south past the Babas to find another socket. Rev it up to extend a bridge and cross to the locked door and go on through.

In the next room you need to cross to the west door by using your Boots to avoid being blown away. Claw-shot across the blue blocks so you don't sink to your demise. Through the west door is a chest with the Dungeon Map in it, as well as a solitary Oocca. We'll come back to that later. For now, exit to the previous room and round over to the southeast corner. You'll spot a crystal switch behind the bottom middle of the six pillars in the room. Activate it to shut off the west most fan. Backtrack over to where the fan is and go through the south door.

In this room dispose of the Dinolfos without being knocked into the open pits and when they both fall use the Claw-shot on the vines on the north wall to get to the gate that just opened. Use the Claw again to weigh down the large ball hanging from the ceiling to turn on a fan. Grab an Oocca and fly north through the air and up to the north door.

Here on 2F of the room with the three fans, the name of the game is to proceed through the room to the north circle room (check your map to figure out what I mean). Do so by using the Oocca to travel through the air gusts and to reach the hanging ball switches in each portion of the room.

Once in said north room the camera points out your next objective, get to the door below. Do so with a series of planned jumps and effective use of the Claw-shot. Once through the door you'll face the first mini-boss of this “dungeon”.

MINI-BOSS: Dragon Knight

This guy is very easy though he doesn't give that impression at first glance. Simply equip the Claw-shot and keep a bead on him for when he puts the shield up for a charge. When the shield is up, use the Claw-shot to pull him to you and press the attack. A few rounds and he'll be down for the count.
When the Knight falls, a gate will open above which you can Claw-shot to and plunder the chest within for a second Claw-shot (which is a lot cooler than it sounds). Leave the room by using the two Clawshots to cross from the ledge across the targets on the ceiling and to the vines hanging from the hole in the ceiling. Climb up and return to the last room.

Here you need to climb up from Claw target to Claw target to find a hanging ball switch. Latch on to the switch so that your weight opens the gate (but don't jump off—the gate will close the second you let the switch go). Instead, lower yourself down vertically, and then using the Claw-shot to grab onto the target past the gate and to the door. Go through the door.

Here you get to play Spider-man for a moment and Z target the nearest Claw target. Fly to it and then quickly target the next until you're on the opposite side of the room by the door. Head through the door.

From here clawswing (great term, eh?) your way across the underside of the bridge to backtrack to the Big Room. Use the Claws to take out the Babas hanging out on the bridge by severing the vines keeping them grounded. Either way, once back in the Big Room; go back through the east door to where the first bridge was smashed. Use the two Claws to swing from Peahat to the other side.

In this room you need to get down the dropping pillars and basically traverse the underbelly of this building so that you find yourself in front of a gate with a crystal switch behind you. Activate the switch and go through the gate and the door beyond to the large circular room in the north.

Defeat the Babas here, big and small, and Claw up to the target on the pillar above. From there quickly Claw to the vines to your right and then drop down. Take out the Keese with your Bow and circle to the room to Claw to a target on the ceiling. From there drop down to a platform where a Dinolfos waits. Defeat it and proceed through the door ahead.

In this next room, the objective is to ride the various Peahats around the perimeter of the room to the door on the northwest corner wall. In the southwest corner of the room you'll find you need to slide down the chain a bit so that you can pass the wall with the chain going through the crack there.

Once through said door pass the chasm by Claw swinging from Peahat to Peahat to the door ahead. Go through the door to a large grassy area. Here take out the two Dinolfos that patrol the ring and then use the Claw-shot to climb up the vines on the wall. From the ledge that can drop on to, shoot the three Rocs that are on various ledges within sight, and then switch to Wolf form. Cross the tightropes until you reach the door on the central building.

Enter the door to find a spinning fan with two large Helmasaurs. Dispose of both and use the Claw-shot on the hanging ball switch to turn off the fan below. Drop through the hole in the floor to the room below where the actual fan is. Latch onto the mesh ceiling above and lower yourself past the fan until you can see the ball switch nestled next to the fan in the ceiling of the Big Room (where you now are). Claw onto that (without falling!) and pull down that switch to turn on the big fan over the north door. Drop down and go through that door.

Ahead there are several fans spinning in the air. Claw-shot from one to the next as they turn so that you reach the door on the north building.

Through there you'll be attacked by two Dragon knights. Dispatch both (now they only require two rounds of beatings to defeat) and you may proceed. Scale the inside of the building via the spinning fans. The first and last fans do not initially spin, so that means you must strike the adjacent crystal switch with a Claw-shot to continue. At the top of the room, go through the door.

Here look up to see a goldish mesh on the top half of the pillar. Claw to it and from there to some vines across the way. Climb the vines to the summit of the building to face, finally, the boss.

BOSS: Twilit Dragon, Argorok

To start, immediately don your Boots for this first round. The Dragon will swoop past you (sometime scraping the ground ala Helmaroc King) and the objective it to latch onto his tail while wearing the Boots. You'll drag the Dragon to the ground and bits of his armor will fall off. Two more bouts of that and the second round will begin.

Rains will begin to pour and several Peahats will sprout and take flight above the four pillars. The trick now is to climb the pillars (Claw-shot between them) and start swinging around the ring of Peahats. When the Dragon is watching you, stop for a moment to draw its attention. When it screams, begin swinging around the Peahats to avoid the fire breath it launches. Swinging to the part of the ring behind the Dragon, and from there Claw onto the gem on the Dragon's back. Once attached to the beasts, slash vigorously. Two more rounds of that and the battle is won. Collect your Heart Container and leave the City in the Sky.

Return to the Arbiter's Grounds and reassemble the Mirror of Twilight. The portal to the Twilight Realm appears, and thus does your chance to end the madness afflicting Hyrule as well. Head through to the next world.
