Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Analysis of the April 2006 Famitsu Scans
Well, I think it's a sure bet now to say that Phantom Hourglass will be featuring a multiplayer system of some kind. And, rather than our four Links of ye olde days, we're up to seven now? Is that an indication of how many people cna play at once, how many color Links there can be, or just a meaningless assembly of multiple Links?
Also, note hourglass held in the yellow Link's hands. Perhaps that's an indication of the purpose of the hourglass, an item that has a function in the game like the Ocarina or Wind Waker. Once more thing: none of the Links have a Four Sword in their hand, so that must mean that explanation for multiple Links is gone.
Salvatore the crazy squid-hunter returns with placards a-plenty in PH. Apparerntly one of the mini-games for multiplayer is what looks like a scavenger hunt of some kind where you have to hit points of interest. Anyways, that's what it loos like, the truth of matter is probably differently.
He's baaaaack. Everyone's least favorite, bodysuit-clad, 35-year old weirdo has returned.
I feel your pain Link.
Regarding this image, I wonder what exactly it implies about the relationship between the fairy and Link's actions. It almost looks like the stylus guides the fairy to a target, and Link follows up with an automatic attack. Erm, I how that's not the case.
