walkthroughs - the wind fish's egg

This is it, the end of the game. Are you ready? I don't think so! You're going to need four things before you think about touching the Wind Fishes Egg. You need the Blue Tunic from the Color Dungeon, a Secret Medicine from Crazy Tracy, full ammo (for your Bombs, Arrows, and Magic Powder), and you need to know how to navigate the egg. To know how to navigate the egg, you need to go to the Library outside of Mabe Village and read the bottom right book using the Magnifying Glass. Now head to Mt. Tamarach. I assume you know how to get there.

Welcome to Mt. Tamarach. If you haven't been here before you'll get two consecutive botherings by the Owl. Play the Ballad of the Wind Fish in front of the Egg and go in the door that opens. Now follow the path the book gave you. If you get lost, just go down and exit. When you find the big pit, jump in.

Now it is time to fight the Final Nightmare This is a very easy battle if you don't lose your mind. The Final Nightmare has a set of forms and I'll show you how to conquer each.

• Jumping Blob- use the Magic Powder
• Axe Tosser- Use your sword and boots to run into it with dashing hits
• Following Spot- Bomb him! One hit is the key.
• Shadow Worm- Hit it in the tail, abotu eight times in a row will do it
• Energy Launcher- Deflect its bolts back at it with your sword
• Arm Swinger- (Hardest One!) Shoot it in the eye with arrows while jumping over its arms.
