Hi folks!

I hope everyone is doing well and staying out of trouble. I wanted to drop by and give the official announcement that TDC will indeed live on with the help of KamikaziPlumber, who has graciously accepted my pleas and beggings to take over this site. He'll be in charge of the web-side of this site: Ask Ezlo, Caption Game, Game Guides, and more. So, TDC is definitely not dead, and awesomely has been given a second life.

Not really. I'll do my best to keep TDC at its traditional level of greatness, maybe add a few things to spice things up, eh? But not until later; for now I'll be focusing on getting HA2 up to speed with some new stuff and, of course, getting the Caption Game and Ezlo up and running (officially at last, see news post below) again.

Now, regale me with praise and gifts of gold, oh subjects! (Just kidding tongue)

To answer your question darkph...I didnt apply myself since I help run a very powerful Zelda site...TBA. Ive known KP for quite sometime from ZL forums, Im merely just disappointed that he was picked. He was pretty much viewed as a noob over there, but that was like half a year ago or someshit. I think Jack should have just merged this site with another.

You know Chrono... Err... RiverDevil, you should really learn to stay out of everyone else's business. It's not like Kami ever did anything to you. Sure, we all joked around with him at ZL, but I know he's responsible enough to take care of TDC. He's really a great guy once you get to know him. I used to pick on him all the time, but I get along with him just fine now. He's got good values and definitely won't run this place into the ground. And TacheonBlack, we don't want him back at ZL, that's why we banned him in the first place :D.

As for you, Chrono, I can't see you thinking so highly of TDC if you're so quick to flame someone on its front page. And I don't believe anyone at ZL agrees with you; none of the people I've talked to at least.

And Jack did choose me, he didn't beg but he did ask. Else I probably would've never asked to have the job myself. As it was, it took a lot of approval from certain members of this site before I could get the courage to ask Jack for the job, but it turned out alright in the end.

Anyways, get over it. If you don't want to stop being mean, I don't see how you'll ever be welcome anywhere. Especially here OR ZL, where you were banned for doing much the same thing as you're doing here. Hey, remember how I was a mod at ZL and you weren't? That should tell you something about how much of a noob they considered me to be, eh? I shouldn't have to say anything else about it, the others already took care to explain things to you.

Oh, and by the way, I've been here for over two years, whereas I've only been at ZL for a little over one. The people here know me better than you ever have or ever will, counting Jack even, so I think the decision was made in good faith. So why don't you focus on your little "powerful" TBA Zelda page and leave the big sites alone, k? No one here is going to take your crap anymore.

I'm not making any promises for South Hyrule or anything else, but we'll see. You should be satisfied with the fact that they will both be done ASAP, which could be a lot sooner than you think... but these things take time, so don't get your hopes too up... angry

Hey KP, since you are now in charge of TDC, can you enable me to write news posts without having to have them authorized by the webmaster first? Jack was going to give me that privilege, but he never got around to it. Can you do that?

Also, you need to archive the updates, they have been archived since the end of last year - if you look it goes back to January 1, 2007!
