Forty years have passed since the events of Link to the
Past and the Hero has long since left the land of
Hyrule. With the expansion of Hyrule northward, and
the absorbtion of the human population therein, new
tensions have emerged. It is only a matter of time
before Hyrule plunges into civil strife and all out
war with the land of Byrna. It is now that Hyrule
needs a Hero, more than ever.
