An RSS (or, Really Simple Syndication) Feed is an XML script that is compiled and can be viewed using an aggregator or another application of similar purpose. TDC utilizes a feature of the update section's CuteNews program to generate an XML file collecting the recent posts on TDC's main page. You can find the feed at the following URL:
To utilitze this feed, you can do one of the following options:
Subscribe to the Feed in Microsoft Outlook
You'll need a special add-on program for Outlook to use Feeds. Try intraVnews, available at this link.Subscribe to the Feed in Mozilla Thunderbird
1. Open Thunderbird and go to New > Account.Subscribe to Feeds in Mozilla Firefox
2. Select "RSS News & Blogs".
3. Create a name for your Feeds group and hit "Next".
4. Click "Finish".
5. Right click the Feeds category you created and "Manage Subscriptions..."
6. Click "Add" and enter the RSS Feed URL above and give it a name.
7. Close the window and check out the aggregated posts in the RSS category you created.

There are a ton of Feed Aggregators available for Firefox. I prefer Wizz RSS.
