Heart Piece Locations
Below are screenshots showing the exact locations of the five heart pieces spread throughout Hyrule. The handy grid coordinates on this page refers to this world map.

Use the Candle to burn the bush blocking this staircase at H5.

You'll need to bomb the wall to expose the cave with this Heart Piece at L8.

You'll need the Ladder to cross the platforms to get the Heart at P6.
